为了解决轮胎螺母拧紧机在应用中出现的无法柔性化对轮胎五个螺母在分度圆不同的情况下同线拧紧问题,在对现场工况和要求进行充分的分析后,对轮胎螺母拧紧机的各个组成部分重新进行设计,提出了通过气缸与直线滑轨结合的方式驱动拧紧轴进行五轴自动变径的设计方案,并且分析了该方案的可行性。经现场使用表明,该设计方案切实可行,设备运行稳定,可以满足轮胎五个螺母在分度圆不同的情况下同线拧紧要求,在保证质量的同时提高了生产效率。 相似文献

目前隧道监控量测采用人工操作测量仪器的方式进行工作,存在监测频率低,工作量大,效率低,施工人员作业安全性低,监测数据真实性难以保证,无法及时预报预警等问题。本文基于物联网、自动化技术,基于激光测距技术,研究设计一套全自动监控测量设备及云监控平台,实现对隧道初期支护变形的自动连续监测。自动监控量测设备实时采集数据,将数据通过物联网传输到监控中心进行分析、处理并自动预报预警。相比通过测量人员定时到现场测量的方式,自动监控量测技术能连续监测隧道变形情况,避免了人为测量隧道变形数据时对监测数据的篡改,能够自动及时预报预警,具有连续性、真实性、智能化等优势。 相似文献

冲压螺母在国外先进的汽车零部件制造厂应用比较广泛,但在国内汽车制造行业应用较少。由于国外对冲压螺母设备、冲压螺母制造等技术的保密,我们在引进自动冲压螺母机构后遇到了很多的技术困难。制件存在冲压螺母缺冲、反冲、螺母与制件结合强度不够等质量问题,严重影响了产品的质量,我单位前期采用该工艺生产的产品不合格率一直在9%左右,造成大量的工艺性返修,成为了制约产能提高和质量提升的瓶颈。本文将对冲压螺母制件的常见问题原因进行分析,并介绍一些我们在改善过程中的实践经验以及采取的控制措施。 相似文献

针对传统轮胎沟槽深度测量工具检测效率极低、数据不准确、测量维度少和延展性差等特点,设计了一种手持式智能轮胎沟槽深度检测系统。该系统由手持式智能检测设备、手机和云平台三部分组成。手持式智能轮胎检测设备负责采集和处理轮胎沟槽深度数据;手机负责传输和显示轮胎沟槽深度数据;云平台负责分析和存储轮胎沟槽深度数据。试验结果表明,该轮胎花纹深度数据处理算法抗干扰能力强,该手持式智能轮胎沟槽深度检测系统测量效率高,可扩展性强且精度高,每条轮胎检测平均用时4 s,检测数据误差保持在3.5%范围内。 相似文献

为研究导致伸缩缝及其相邻路面损坏的车轮冲击荷载,以桥梁工程中常用的模数式伸缩缝为例,提出一种车辆-桥梁-模数式伸缩缝耦合振动的分析方法。该方法通过分布式弹簧阻尼单元模拟车轮在伸缩缝上的脱空情况;采用等效悬臂或两侧支撑梁模型,考虑脱空段轮胎面的支撑作用,通过车辆-桥梁-伸缩缝耦合振动的迭代算法,实现模数式伸缩缝上的车轮动力荷载的准确模拟,并对载重汽车通过双缝模数式伸缩缝进行实例分析。研究结果表明:①由于伸缩缝结构和车轮位置的变动,很难保证车辆振动的对称性,因此需要采用三维有限元方法分析车轮冲击荷载;②伸缩缝空隙处轮胎面的支撑有助于减小车轮冲击荷载,该支撑刚度与胎面预拉应力密切相关,胎面预拉应力越大,支撑刚度越大,轮载冲击系数越小;③车辆不对称振动导致左右轮冲击系数不同,模数式伸缩缝的中梁跨中冲击系数最大;④模数式伸缩缝上的轮载冲击系数计算值可能超过中国伸缩缝设计指南规定值,该方法可用于确定模数式伸缩缝的最大容许间隙,使车轮冲击荷载小于设计值,以保障伸缩缝的安全服役。 相似文献

Worldwide, the tire market requires safe and eco-friendly tires. In this study, a self-inflating tire (SIT) was studied and manufactured. Self-inflating tire refers to a technique for maintaining appropriate tire pressure. An internal regulator senses when tire inflation pressure has dropped below the set air pressure. The tire boosts air through the valve when rolling and compressed air enters into the tire. This procedure keeps the tire air pressure at an appropriate level and increases tire safety. In this study, a regulator was used as a negative-pressure system. A check valve was selected the minute flow check valve depending on the shape of the configured system. In addition, the material of the tube was developed with excellent physical properties and resistances (elastic rebound, working temperature, etc.) owing to its complete compression and restoration. A tube performance tester was developed and a computer aided engineering (CAE) model was modeled for comparison with the test results. Using the tester and model, it was possible to optimize the shape of the tube and regulator. Finally, the reliability of the study was verified through the prototype test. The developed equipment and systems can be used for the manufacture of high-performance and safe tires. 相似文献

为了解决接触式车辆称重方法存在的安装和维修成本高、使用年限短、识别精度低等问题,创新性地提出一种基于计算机视觉获取轮胎变形的非接触式车重识别方法。首先,利用视频图像采集装置拍摄车辆轮胎图像信息,通过图像处理技术提取轮胎轮廓,并根据轮廓变形计算轮胎的垂向挠度。其次,通过胎压监测系统(TPMS)获取轮胎的真实胎压值,对于没有安装TPMS的车辆,则可以通过图像字符识别技术读取轮胎侧壁的胎压标识信息,再利用统计回归方式确定实际胎压值。在此基础上,将轮胎垂向挠度和胎压值代入推导的称重公式计算轮胎承受的重量,再将所有轮胎承受重量求和得到车辆总重量。最后,以现场的乘用车和重载货车为例,验证在不同胎压和重量变化下非接触式车辆称重方法的准确性,并对比分析3个称重公式的准确性。研究结果表明:车重识别准确率随着胎压增大而降低,随着车重增大而上升;轮胎刚度拟合公式的载重识别准确率达到95%以上,高于理论推导公式和半经验拟合公式。提出的非接触式车辆称重方法具有测量范围广、无需任何额外传感设备、不用封闭交通和易于信息集成等优势,有效地突破了现有接触式车重识别技术的瓶颈,具有很好的工程应用前景。 相似文献

This study performs a comparison between what occurs when braking on a Ministry of Transport (MOT) brake tester and on flat ground. The tire pressure is changed, but the other parameters remain constant. The results from this research and from the in-depth comparative study conducted by the mechanical engineering staff in the mechanical laboratory at the Miguel Hernández University in Elche have led to the following main conclusions: By varying the tire pressure, false results can be obtained with the MOT brake tester, which means that, if the tires are inflated at a low pressure but the brakes are in good condition, the vehicle will not pass the MOT. Conversely, if the brakes are in poor condition but the tire pressure is higher than what is recommended by the manufacturer, a false pass is produced. This article shows that the MOT brake testing equipment is often wrong and inexact, and the data and graphs presented prove that the tire pressure is a determining factor when assessing the condition of brakes. 相似文献

A large fraction of urban PM10 concentrations is due to non-exhaust traffic emissions, including road dust, particles from tire/road interface, and brake lining particles. Although potential health and environmental impacts associated with tire wear debris have increased, few environmentally and biologically relevant studies of actual tire wear debris have been conducted. Tire wear particles (TWP) are released from the tire tread as a result of the interaction between the tire and the pavement. Roadway particles (RP), meanwhile, are particles on roads composed of a mixture of elements from tires, pavement, fuels, brakes, environmental dust, and the atmosphere. The main objective of the present study is to identify the contribution of tires to the generation of RP and to assess the potential environmental and health impacts of this contribution. First, a mobile measurement system was constructed and used to measure the RP on asphalt roads according to vehicle speed. The equipment of the mobile system provides PM10 concentration by DustTrak DRX, and mass and number size distribution of fine and ultrafine particles by a fast mobility particle sizer (FMPS) and an aerosol particle sizer (APS). The dependence of RP mass and particle number concentration on vehicle speed was observed. It was also found that many particles were generated by rapid deceleration of the vehicle. 相似文献
