船舶机舱通风数值模拟分析   总被引:8,自引:5,他引:3  
利用CFD技术对某船舶机舱通风系统进行数值模拟,提出机舱气流组织改进措施.选取舱内典型截面进行分析,指出可以通过安装隔屏来消除舱内大漩涡,同时调节机械抽风口数量和位置,可使舱内气流组织得到改善;对舱内人员活动区域进行分析,表明活动区域环境速度、温度均符合设计要求,而且风机开度与舱内温度密切相关,根据舱内不同温度要求合理选择开度可节省资源.模拟结果证明CFD技术有利于机舱通风设计,为通风系统的改进提供了有力工具.  相似文献

船用燃气轮机在箱装体中运行时,工作温度高、燃机表面散热量大导致箱装体内温度很高,影响箱体内电控元件及各附件的正常工作,也不利于工作人员的安全,因此船上广泛采用排气引射的方法对箱装体内进行通风冷却。本文以某型船用排气引射装置为原型进行了数值计算,发现引射系数小于10%,不满足冷却通风要求。首先对引射器进行一维计算并确定其最佳结构尺寸,然后结合船上实际安装布置情况,对改进的排气引射装置进行三维流场优化计算。结果表明,优化改进后的结构引射系数提高,满足设计要求,同时为后续的结构设计提供了重要的参考。  相似文献

为了在客滚船车辆舱通风系统设计初期准确预测风道压降,避免出现严重的通风能量损失,针对车辆舱连续变截面风道评估问题,提出一种基于哈里斯鹰优化核极限学习机的风道压降预测方法。从风道压降的影响因素入手建立变截面风道模型,对其进行参数化仿真获取数据集,建立风道压降预测模型进行车辆舱风道压降预测。结果表明:基于哈里斯鹰优化核极限学习机的风道压降预测模型的决定系数为0.998,平均误差为0.414 Pa,能准确预测风道的压降。  相似文献

某海监船在进行机舱机械通风效用试验时,发现存在舱内气流分布不均、风速梯度变化较大、部分船员操作和活动区域温度偏高等问题。为解决上述问题,利用CFD技术对该船机舱机械通风系统进行数值分析,并提出机舱气流改进方案。随后,选取优化前、后的典型截面进行分析,指出在保证舱内适当负压的情况下可将机械送风改为机械抽风,从而实现机舱进风量增加50%,并消除舱内气流大漩涡和改善气流组织。此外,还提出可在右舷开一个新增风口,以更有效消除气流漩涡,并降低局部温度。结果显示,该优化方案能够满足海船规范要求且施工方便,对于工程设计具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

在地下井工开采过程中,通风是重中之重。但是在生产过程中,时常出现风机停止运转,造成井下通风不足甚至无风,严重威胁井下工作人员安全和矿山效益。为了解决风机故障问题,我们运用Markov理论对矿井通风系统中的主风机系统进行了研究,研究了主风机系统的稳定性,并对元阳大坪金矿新安装的一套主风机系统,安装前后三个月主风机系统的可靠度进行分析后,我们可以依据风机本身设计的原有属性,指定风机系统的可靠性阈值mins R)(,当主风机到达可靠性阈值时发出警报,提醒矿山人员检查风机,杜绝风机出现故障,保证井下工作人员生命安全和极大地维护了矿山效益。  相似文献

为预先确定工程设计中闭式机舱通风系统的通风效果,找出初步设计方案中气流组织与温度分布存在的问题,对系统内部三维湍流进行基于CFD的三维数值模拟。在此基础上,于机舱前壁合理增设布风口与排风口,并将舷侧的进、排气方向予以合理改进,形成良好的气流组织。计算结果表明,改进后的通风方案效果良好,消除了初步设计方案中存在的问题。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
