船用柴油机智能报警监控系统的设计   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
针对国内船用柴油机仪控系统数据显示精度和自动化程度较低的现状,结合柴油机自动检测和控制的应用需求以及智能监控技术的特点,提出了船用柴油机智能报警监控系统总体设计方案,并且给出了系统的总体原理结构和具体的软硬件设计方案.该智能报警监控系统的设计考虑了适配三种不同机型的余量,提高了该系统在船用柴油机领域的通用性.控制系统采用现场级、集控室级和驾驶室级三层网络控制结构,各层之间使用CAN总线协议进行通讯.实现了快速数据采集、记录、报警、查询、显示等功能以及对柴油机起动、换向、调速的控制.该方案样机已通过某船用动力机电集团测试验证.  相似文献

由于船用视频监控环境的复杂性,有必要采用多种不同组合的图像增强算法对各种视频图像进行增强处理。本文从船用视频监控系统的实际应用出发,在硬件结构和软件功能上设计了模块化的视频图像增强装置。它可作为一个独立的设备,提供标准的视频输入、输出接口,无缝集成到现有的船用视频监控体系结构中。船用环境下的应用结果表明:本装置工作稳定可靠,能对各种视频图像进行有效的增强处理,获取高质量的视频监控图像,完全满足设计要求。  相似文献

现有的船用物联网传输数据监控系统,存在着传输数据质量差的缺陷,为了解决上述问题,引入云雾混合计算方法设计船用物联网传输数据监控系统。船用物联网传输数据监控系统硬件设计包括网络传输单元、数据采集单元与主控处理单元;软件设计包括数据处理模块、数据传输模块与智能网关模块。通过系统硬件与软件的设计,实现了基于云雾混合计算的船用物联网传输数据监控系统的运行。通过测试结果显示:与现有的船用物联网传输数据监控系统相比较,设计的船用物联网传输数据监控系统极大的提升了传输数据质量,充分说明提出的船用物联网传输数据监控系统具备更好的监控性能。  相似文献

船舶焊接生产过程中存在焊接质量监控困难、设备利用率低且能源浪费严重的问题,为了方便焊接质量监控与追溯,提高设备利用率以及节约能源,使用ZigBee物联网无线通讯技术以及Labview软件开发了焊接电源群组化监控系统.重点介绍了整个系统的设计,包括下位机部分电路、节点程序开发、ZigBee网络结构以及上位机界面设计.考虑到车间环境复杂性,采用了网状网络的ZigBee网络结构,系统测试表明,整个系统运行稳定,能够对焊接电源进行实时监控.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
