建立大型油码头设计船型,明确其各项特征参数,将有助于开展开敞式码头的系泊设计和试验研究。依据Q88油轮数据,采用覆盖率等方法,对10万吨级及以上油轮的缆力约束参数进行了统计分析,确定了大型油码头设计代表船型的系泊缆力约束参数。研究结果对于码头设计和系泊安全研究具有参考价值。  相似文献

油轮对护舷的碰撞力是海洋采油平台设计和油轮靠平台采油生产过程中要解决的实际问题。该文采用了两种能量法计算油轮靠泊过程中的护舷碰撞载荷:一是按照我国港口荷载规范中的计算方法;二是按照国际航运会议委员会推荐的计算公式。计算中考虑了油轮在波浪中运动的影响,针对某一油轮靠泊海洋采油平台生产为例,计算出油轮极限靠泊条件,可为油轮靠泊时确定在风和水流及拖轮作用下靠泊速度提供依据。  相似文献

油轮单点系泊系统采用孤点式布置,无陆域设施可依托,发生事故时仅依靠机动船舶进行应急防护,因此最大可信事故消防和溢油的应急设施配置至关重要。依据《油气化工码头设计防火规范》,结合单点系泊特点,引入池火和安全防护距离的理念,提出消防船的能力配备要求;针对装卸作业时无固定围油栏的特点,提出自行配置的溢油应急设施达到一级防护能力要求;通过对比《船舶溢油应急能力评估导则》《油轮单点系泊作业安全要求》2个行业标准,提供了各项溢油应急设施的计算方法和最低配置要求。  相似文献

传统的应急拖带模式为单点拖带,作为技术创新尝试,多点拖带模式的提出,为现有船舶满足《国际海上人命安全公约》(1974)2008修正案关于“船上应急拖带装置和程序”的要求另辟蹊径,并在此基础上进一步探讨了一些拖带优化方案.在实船应用中,通过对各种拖带模式以及利用优化方案前后拖带设备的受力情况的分析和比较,验证了多点拖带模式及优化操作上的可行性和经济上的优越性,为相关各方编制《应急拖带程序手册》在拖带模式选择及优化多样性方面提供参考.  相似文献

为研究新型多筒式浮式钻井生产储卸油轮(FDPSO)的系泊系统及其动力响应特性,评估其系泊系统的疲劳性能,针对新型FDPSO的总体布置,以中国南海1 000 m水深为背景,设计新型储油装置的系泊系统,研究系泊点和导缆孔、系泊缆布置及系缆的结构形式。考虑腐蚀和南海风浪条件,计算系泊系统的动态响应,校核系泊系统的强度,计算系泊状态FDPSO的运动响应和系缆张力。考虑南海西沙波浪分布,采用S-N曲线以及Miner线性累计损伤理论,并采用雨流计数方法,对系泊系统进行疲劳分析。结果表明,设计的多筒式FDPSO的系泊系统能够满足作业定位的要求,可以抵御百年一遇的风浪作用,疲劳寿命大于设计寿命的3倍。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
