就泡沫酚醛树指的发泡过程及其影响因素进行了研究。表面活性剂用量低于1%、催化剂用量低于5%、发泡温度低于10°C,发泡过程均不能顺利进行;表面活性剂用量高于8%时,导致体系塌泡;催化剂用量高于20%导致泡沫体焦心;发泡温度高于60°C将引起泡沫穿孔。同时对泡沫体的性能进行了考察。  相似文献

在互穿网络聚合物高分子隐身材料中加入填料,制成阻尼的复合隐身材料;对填料种类、填料尺寸及填料含量改性互穿网络聚合物隐身材料的声隐身性能进行试验研究,得出8%云母填料改性能获得较好的低频吸声性能;采用均匀设计试验与多元回归分析相结合的方法对混合填料改性互穿网络聚合物复合隐身材料体系进行优化设计,获得较好的声隐身性能。  相似文献

为减轻以往夹层结构复合材料的密度,采用高强玻璃钢材料作为表层、多种空心玻璃微珠填充聚氨酯改性环氧树脂合成的轻质吸声材料作为芯材,制备了一种新型的轻质夹层结构复合材料,对夹层复合材料的制备工艺进行设计,并研究其水声性能和力学性能。结果证明,以南京玻纤院的S2高强织物采用真空成型合成的玻璃钢作为表层材料和轻质聚氨酯改性环氧树脂材料作为芯材来制作的夹层结构复合材料具有重量轻、水声性能和力学性能优良的特点,在降低夹层结构复合材料重量的同时,具有良好的声隐身性能和承载性能,更有利于工程应用。  相似文献

纳米碳酸钙在胶粘剂中的聚集团聚会影响其在胶粘剂中得到广泛的应用,因此,采用改性剂改性纳米碳酸钙成了控制其团聚的有效措施.采用傅立叶红外光谱(RTIR)、热重(TG—DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、剪切强度等测试方法研究了DL-α-丙氨酸改性纳米碳酸钙的改性机理,并将其做为填料加入到树脂中,研究其对环氧胶粘剂粘结性能的影响.结果表明:DL-α-丙氨酸以化学键合的方式吸附在纳米碳酸钙的表面,改性纳米碳酸钙在环氧胶粘剂中分散性良好,其填充的环氧胶粘剂,使剪切强度提高了2MPa.由此得出:改性纳米碳酸钙作为环氧胶粘剂的填料,可以有效地提高胶粘剂的粘结性能.  相似文献

以环氧树脂E-44为基体材料,以改性593为固化剂,填充大量空心玻璃微珠制备固体浮力材料。研究空心玻璃微珠的填充量及空心玻璃微珠的表面改性处理等对固体浮力材料的密度、力学性能的影响。结果表明,增大玻璃微珠填充量,可使固体浮力材料的密度和压缩强度降低,空泡率增大。玻璃微珠表面改性处理,可使固体浮力材料的压缩强度变大,添加缓释剂可有效减少制备过程中散热不均产生气孔的问题。  相似文献

基于FOAM-X对聚氨酯泡沫、三聚氰胺泡沫和玻璃棉3种多孔材料的吸声系数进行分析,研究了多孔材料的厚度、孔隙率、背后空腔深度、热效特征长度和粘滞特征长度对吸声性能的影响。以聚氨酯泡沫为例,在VA-ONE中进行隔声仿真,比较了3种多孔材料的吸声性能,并通过仿真值与实测值对比,验证FOAM-X对声学参数预测的可靠性。研究结果表明,多孔材料的厚度、孔隙率、背后空腔深度和粘滞特征长度对多孔材料的吸声性能具有显著影响,而热效特征长度则几乎没有影响,三聚氰胺泡沫具有良好的吸声性能,FOAM-X对声学参数预测较准确。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
