随着三维设计理念在船舶行业中的不断推广,船体结构三维建模方法逐渐普及。三维模型虽较二维图纸有着诸多优势,但目前限于船级社、船东及部分中小船厂的实际情况,"三维设计+二维送审"的工作模式仍是现阶段的主流形式。因此通过三维模型直接实现二维出图,仍具有十分重要的意义。文章主要介绍了一种基于CATIA V6的结构二维出图关键技术,以平台原生出图功能为基础,结合CAA二次开发,提出中间模型技术,解决当前结构三维模型二维出图所面临的问题,整体出图效果较CATIA原生出图功能有显著的提升。  相似文献

随着数字化技术的发展,三维设计正成为船舶行业的技术发展方向。基于CATIA V6平台的船体结构三维设计,目前主要应用SFD轻量化模型生成二维图纸对接产品方案设计,应用SDD实体模型对接生产设计。因此在三维建模过程中,为保证二维出图与实体转模的准确性,对船体结构SFD模型进行检查尤为重要。虽然三维模型具有视觉上的直观性,但是在CATIA平台模型检查过程中,由于结构模型构件数量庞大且构件属性信息显示不够直接,应用平台原生功能的模型检查方法效率较低,检查结果不够理想。针对平台原生功能存在的问题,本文探索了二次开发在模型结构检查中的运用。选取船体结构SFD模型中面板加厚方向判定这一典型检查场景为例,通过CAA和EKL混合开发实现了面板加厚方向的批量检查和模型修改,极大提高了模型检查的效率和准确性,实用性高。同时本文也为二次开发应用于船体结构模型检查提供了开发思路和主要技术路线。  相似文献

研究了一种全新的二三维一体化的出图设计技术——HIDAS三维智能化出图设计技术。介绍了该出图技术的系统架构,阐述了系统管理功能,包括二三维数据集成管理、三维操作模式管理、子图对象管理、图纸数据更新管理、图元标注管理等。HIDAS出图系统采用三维模型与二维图元相结合的出图方式,二维子图通过操作三维模型得到,二三维对象实现数据关联,建立起内在的对应关系。还阐述了图纸的自动更新机制,当设计方案变更导致模型发生变化时,更新数据从模型传递到图纸,图纸中的二维子图、图元属性、图元标注、统计图表等信息自动实现更新操作。  相似文献

在集装箱船逐步大型化的大趋势下,对绑扎桥的设计要求逐渐凸显。本文基于CATIA V6软件平台,提出了一套绑扎桥三维设计方法。综合考虑了绑扎桥的实际设计需求以及三维模型化的技术难点,通过利用参数化定义,EKL二次开发手段,以及CATIA V6中片体模型转实体模型,片体模型转FEM模型等强大的原生功能有效地解决了快速建模、CAD/CAE一体化、BOM数据与出图信息集成等一系列难题,充分利用了三维技术减少设计流程中的信息孤岛现象,基于高度集成的参数化模型来提高设计响应速度与准确性。最后通过实践案例予以验证并分析了该方法的工程实用价值。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
