水润滑形式的尾轴承广泛运用于舰船推进轴系,其摩擦、润滑与振动等特性对舰船声隐身性能有较大影响,国外海军强国对这一问题进行了系统深入的研究,研制了先进的水润滑尾轴承产品,很好地解决了舰船轴系的摩擦诱导振动噪声问题。本文综述国外舰船水润滑尾轴承发展历程与现状,对水润滑尾轴承发展过程中产生的关键性降噪技术进行系统分析,对国内舰船水润滑尾轴承的发展方向提出建议。  相似文献

基于FSI的尾轴倾角对水润滑轴承润滑特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用流固耦合方法,在考虑水润滑尾轴承内部结构和内部流场相互作用的情况下,研究尾轴倾角对轴承水润滑特性的影响,探讨轴承、尾轴与水膜间的流固耦合问题。应用ADINA有限元软件,建立尾轴承流固耦合模型,求解尾轴承水膜压力分布,以及轴承的压力分布、径向变形和有效应力,分析尾轴倾角对尾轴承润滑特性的影响规律。结果表明:当计入尾轴倾角时,尾轴承最大水膜压力出现在轴承尾端,倾角越大,最大水膜压力也越大,且随着尾轴倾角的增大,水膜压力以及轴承的压力、径向变形和有效应力也逐渐增大。  相似文献

保障船舶尾轴承的可靠性使用是保证船舶安全可靠运行的关键技术之一。针对水润滑橡胶尾轴承运行环境的复杂性、寿命失效数据难以收集等特点,对水润滑橡胶尾轴承模型进行适当简化,通过实验模拟,采用威布尔分布与极大似然估计相结合的方法建立数学模型来间接评估尾轴承的可靠寿命。结果表明,实际数据和数学模型具有较好的拟合精度;船舶水润滑橡胶尾轴承的中位寿命较平均寿命更为保守;进一步提高橡胶材料的承载、抗磨和抗老化能力对提高水润滑橡胶尾轴承的使用寿命极为有利。  相似文献

船舶尾轴承润滑状态和尾部弹性接触应力是影响水润滑尾轴承使用寿命的重要因素。本文应用紊流润滑理论研究了水润滑尾轴承的润滑状况以及应用弹性理论研究分析了国产材料MCS-2-1和铁梨木的弹性接触应力。理论分析和试验结果表明:水润滑尾轴承属于部分接触的半液体润滑状态,局部最大接触压力是设计比压的几十倍乃至百倍。为了延长尾轴承使用寿命,必须选用强度高、弹性模数低且具有一定自润滑性能的材料;在结构上可增大实际接触面积;改善水的润滑性质。采取这些措施都将收到一定的效果。  相似文献

尾轴承是船舶推进轴系的关键部件,近年来水润滑尾轴承的研究有新的进展。在润滑水黏度低、载荷环境复杂(重载、边缘负载和不确定性负载)、低速、启停和沙粒侵扰等恶劣工况条件下,尾轴承的承载机理复杂、磨损严重和摩擦噪声大。从船舶水润滑尾轴承的特点出发,围绕其性能演化与防治机理,就承载机理和模型、试验技术、摩擦磨损机理和预测方法、异常摩擦噪声机理及性能提升措施等五个方面,综合分析船舶水润滑尾轴承的研究进展,指出尚待解决的问题和今后的研究方向。  相似文献

某电力推进试验平台艉轴出现下沉,并伴有振动噪声过大现象;试验方遂对平台进行拆检,发现艉管后轴承磨损严重,经测量,艉管轴承磨损量超出设计使用范围。文章针对此磨损现象进行了研究分析,通过水润滑艉管轴承承载校核、水润滑艉管轴承润滑特性数值计算等方法分析艉管轴承过度磨损机理,最后制定解决方案,重新对水润滑艉管轴承进行了选材与结构设计,有效提高了试验平台艉管轴承的可靠性与使用寿命。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
