Ship hull deformation is one of the most significant influences on propulsion shafting alignment. Based on the calculation fundamentals of ship hull deformations, a new method of shafting alignment considering ship hull deformations is proposed in this paper. Ship loadings, wave loads and environment temperature differences in some extreme conditions, as well as elastic constraints, are simulated and applied to the finite element model of 76,000 DWT product oil tanker, so that ship hull deformations can be solved. Then, the deformations of the double bottom are converted to bearing offsets, which behave as boundary constraints for shafting alignment calculations. Taking the condition of light ship in calm water as a reference, the impact of hull deformations on shafting alignment is analyzed and optimized shafting alignment considering ship hull deformations is realized. 相似文献

气囊下水是船舶下水的一种创新方式,但是气囊下水过程中船体强度和气囊的安全性还没有定量的计算方法.近年采用气囊下水的船舶重量不断增大,下水安全性问题日益突出.本文考虑气囊刚度的非线性、下水过程中船体的力平衡条件等,提出了一种基于全船结构有限元分析的船体结构和气囊安全性评估方法.研究的内容和结果是紧密结合工程实际的.(1)考虑气囊压缩变形的非线性,研究了一种预报气囊刚度的有效方法;(2)基于弹性下水理论,研究了一种考虑弹性基座刚度非线性变化的船体梁运动和受力的计算方法;(3)提出了直接采用全船结构有限元分析计算船体结构应力和气囊受力的方法;(4)对某型实船进行了气囊下水的安全性分析,并与文献的结果进行比较,验证了气囊下水工艺的优越性和本文建议方法的准确性. 相似文献

无压载水船舶作为一种新的船舶设计理念已经在国外展开了相关的研究,而在中国还研究甚少。就V型无压载水方案的型线设计变换进行研究,首次提出基于母型的横剖面面积曲线基本不变的V型无压载水型线设计变换方法。该方法对母型船的型线进行底部V型变换,使设计船舶的底部呈现一定的倾角,同时增大船宽。变换后设计船舶的横剖面面积曲线和母型船保持一致,变换方法简单可靠,在保证设计船舶的船长、设计吃水、排水量等参数基本不变的情况下,较好地解决了设计船舶型线的光顺性问题。 相似文献

将模糊理论应用到船体线型设计中,提出了一种新的横剖面面积曲线生成和线型变换法。特点是在给定方形系数 C_b、浮心纵向位置 L_(cb)和傅汝德数 Fn后自动或人机交互地调整模糊权函数,生成一系列满足设计要求的船体横剖面面积曲线。在给定母型船后就能生成系列新船型供进一步优选,使计算机辅助船体线型设计更加灵活、方便和实用。2000t供油船、28000t多用途船和150000t油船的线型设计,证明了该方法的先进性和实用性。 相似文献

Bubble load in a noncontact underwater explosion can cause the ship hull global response and local response. In current literature, the ship hull is usually simplified as a hull girder to analyze its global response. However, literature dealt with the local response of a 3-D surface ship hull subjected to an underwater bubble were limited. This investigation develops a procedure which couples the finite element method with doubly asymptotic approximation (DAA) method to study the problem of transient responses of a ship hull structure subjected to an underwater explosion bubble. Using a 3-D ship model as examples, the global and local responses of the ship model in vertical, transverse and longitudinal directions are performed in detail. The acceleration, velocity and displacement time histories are presented. The characteristics of both the global and local responses of the ship model are discussed. The numerical results show that besides global whipping response, the ship hull also sustains severe local responses in different directions subjected to underwater explosion bubble jetting, which should be taken into consideration. 相似文献

This paper introduces a new method for the prediction of ship maneuvering capabilities. The new method is added to a nonlinear
six-degrees-of-freedom ship motion model named the digital, self-consistent ship experimental laboratory (DiSSEL). Based on
the first principles of physics, when the ship is steered, the additional surge and sway forces and the yaw moment from the
deflected rudder are computed. The rudder forces and moments are computed using rudder parameters such as the rudder area
and the local flow velocity at the rudder, which includes contributions from the ship velocity and the propeller slipstream.
The rudder forces and moments are added to the forces and moments on the hull, which are used to predict the motion of the
ship in DiSSEL. The resulting motions of the ship influence the inflow into the rudder and thereby influence the force and
moment on the rudder at each time step. The roll moment and resulting heel angle on the ship as it maneuvers are also predicted.
Calm water turning circle predictions are presented and correlated with model test data for NSWCCD model 5514, a pre-contract
DDG-51 hull form. Good correlations are shown for both the turning circle track and the heel angle of the model during the
turn. The prediction for a ship maneuvering in incident waves will be presented in Part 2. DiSSEL can be applied for any arbitrary
hull geometry. No empirical parameterization is used, except for the influence of the propeller slipstream on the rudder,
which is included using a flow acceleration factor. 相似文献
