超高分子量聚乙烯纤维增强塑料(UFRP)层合板具有良好的抗侵彻性能,但受温度影响明显,其热损伤的临界温度仅为147℃.为了避免火灾产生的高温使UFRP层合板失去抗弹性能,设计了以船用钢为前/后面板,SiO2气凝胶毡为隔热层,UFRP层合板为抗弹层的复合抗弹结构.在A60耐火等级标准条件下,对复合抗弹结构的有限元模型进行瞬态热分析,探索了复合抗弹结构内部的温度分布与SiO2气凝胶毡隔温层厚度的关系.根据有限元仿真结果,近一步对SiO2气凝胶毡隔热层厚度为20 mm的复合抗弹结构单元开展耐火试验.结果表明:SiO2气凝胶毡具有良好的隔热性能,在A60耐火等级标准条件下,保持复合抗弹结构中UFRP层合板抗弹性能完好所需的SiO2气凝胶毡隔热层厚度至少为20 mm.  相似文献

为研究高强聚乙烯在高温条件下使用的适用性,以及SiO_2气凝胶毡和陶瓷棉的隔温性能,提出SiO_2气凝胶毡/陶瓷棉与高强聚乙烯紧密贴合无间隙复合舱壁结构的方案,对结构单元进行模拟标准火源的耐火试验研究,分析耐火材料的失效模式以及不同耐火材料厚度对夹芯结构的影响规律,探讨复合结构舱壁在满足耐火要求的前提下面密度和结构整体厚度的实用性。试验结果表明:适当厚度的SiO_2气凝胶毡和陶瓷棉均具有较好的耐火隔温性能,适当增加隔温层厚度能明显提高复合舱壁结构的热防护效果;达到相同隔温效果所需要的SiO_2气凝胶毡比陶瓷棉薄,就面密度和结构整体厚度而言,SiO_2气凝胶毡更有优势;在带陶瓷的夹芯结构中,陶瓷也能起到一定的隔温作用,综合优化此复合舱壁结构能有效提高舰船舱壁的防护性能。  相似文献

为探讨新型复合装甲在舰船发生火灾时高温对气凝胶毡保护的高强聚乙烯的影响规律,以及在A60标准条件下高强聚乙烯免受高温影响所需气凝胶毡的厚度,设计了不同厚度的气凝胶毡与高强聚乙烯夹芯防护结构,借助有限元软件Ansys14.0对其温度场进行了数值模拟,并与实验结果进行对比分析.结果表明:实验结果与数值仿真计算结果较吻合;气凝胶毡面火层温度梯度较大,向背火层方向依次减小,SiO2气凝胶毡具有很好的隔温效果;该防护结构达到A60热防护要所需SiO2气凝胶毡的厚度约为21.8 mm.  相似文献

为了改善聚苯乙烯(PS)的耐热性能,开发兼具有机-无机特性的新型凝胶材料,采用位置选择分子设计与溶胶-凝胶技术,选择含有可水解形成SiO2的官能团的单体3-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MSPMA)与苯乙烯(STY)共聚,利用硅烷的水解、缩聚以共价键的方式在大分子主链上引入纳米SiO2基团.通过改变单体配比合成了一系列SiO2导入位置和导入含量不同的凝胶材料.研究了共聚体的合成、水解过程和纳米SiO2基团在侧链上的分布情况以及对热性能的影响.结果表明:所得凝胶材料具有极好的光学透明性,两种单体在共聚物中几乎可以是交替进行或是按一定的比例进行聚合,形成交替“嵌段”共聚物,水解的SiO2在微纳米级且分散均匀,凝胶材料的热性能随着SiO2含量的增加而提高.  相似文献

本文叙述了6105无水冷陶瓷发动机用陶瓷组合活塞的改进提高研究过程,用双金属铸造连接方法解决了顶一裙螺宫接的松动问题,用不锈钢皮包覆而高温复合材料压制弹性密封环,提高了陶瓷顶的连接可靠性和隔热效果,优化了活塞的工作性能。同时也介绍了耐热事热组合活塞的结构性能特点。陶瓷组合活塞通过了700h台架考核试验和1912km的沙漠车路试考核,耐热钢的隔热活塞通过了沙漠车路试9300km的路试试验。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
