Development of Pedagogy in Modern University. a Case Study of Southeast University
Abstract： Education Department in Southeast University is one of Chinese earliest education discipline, which developed on the basis of Nanjing Higher Normal University. From 1918 to 1927, a group of teachers graduated from American universities assembled in Education Department of Southeast University. They actively participated in the education training mode and formulated sci- entific talents, which provided the basis for scientific Chinese education and localization. At the same time, they also carried out educational experiment in a wide range of activities including the personnel training and social services, and cultivated a large number of education disciplines. These activities made the university enjoy quite a reputation at that time and the main source of the new education movement in China.

教研室在教学管理体制中职能发挥的问题与对策研究

本文针对当前教研室在教学管理体制中存在的问题,从教研室与二级学院(系)的关系定位出发,结合"职教20条",论述教研室在新职教时代中应发挥的职能与要求,针对当前管理体制下教研室职能发挥存在的问题,提出理顺教研室与二级学院的关系、二级学院(系)适当放权让教研室责权落到实处以及完善教研室主任选拔制度并制定合适的考核机制等解决途径,这对发挥教研室基层教学组织职能、改进与优化管理具有一定的现实指导意义。     

THE STUDY OF POPULATION GENETIC RELATION AMONG TEN ETHNIC GROUPS IN NORTHWEST CHINA

Objective To investigate the genetic relation among ten ethnic groups in northwest China. Methods Allele frequencies of six STR(short tandem repeat) loci in D13S1358, VWA, FGA, D5S818, D13S317, and D7S820 were collected from Lasa Tibetan, Changdu Tibetan, Xi‘an Han, Gansu Dongxlang, Gansu Yugu, Xinjiang Uygur,Ozbak, Kirgiz, Sibe, Ningxla Hui by the results of State Key laboratory, Forensic Science Department, school of medical, Xi‘an Jiaotong University and internet biological information data bank, and compared with that of the Mongolian, Zhuang in China, and White and Negro in USA. The polymorphism index (H, DP, PPE, PIC) and genetic distance, then the phylogenetic tree of all population were reported. Results The resulting tree topology exhibited strong geographic and racial partitioning consistent with that obtained with HLA and classical genetic polymorphisms.Conclusion The results suggest that forensic STR loci may be particularly powerful tools and provide the necessary fine resolution for the reconstruction of recent human evolutionary history.

谈对教研室主任的要求

ENHANCEMENT OF DNA SYNTHESIS IN CULTURED ADULT RAT HEPATOCYTES BY 5-HT THROUGH STIMULATION OF 5-HT2 RECEPTOR

Hepatocytes were isolated from livers of adult male Sprague-Dawley rats and cultured in Williams'E Medium with 〔³ H〕 thymidine. The effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) was investigated through adding various concentrations (10^－8～10^－3 mol/L) of 5-HT to the hepatocyte cultures in the presence or absence of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and insulin. The involvement of 5-HT₂ receptor was examined by adding a 5-HT₂ receptor antagonist, ketanserin (10^－6 mol/L), to some of the cultures containing 5-HT. The increment of DNA synthesis was measured by 〔³ H〕 thymidine incorporation. The results showed that 5-HT₂ (≥10^－6 mol/L) significantly (P＜0.05) increased the amount of DNA synthesis induced by EGF and insulin in the cultured adult rat hepaptocytes. The effect of 5-HT in enhancing DNA synthesis began to appear at a concentration between 10^－7 and 10^－6 mol/L and reached maximum at concentrations of ≥10^－4 mol/L. The enhancement of DNA synthesis by 5-HT was significantly (P＜0.05) antagonized by ketanserin, suggesting that this effect of 5-HT was mediated by 5-HT₂ receptor subtype.
