传统小口径武器一般采用弹簧式反后坐装置,其结构简单可靠但后坐力偏大。为进一步降低自动机后坐力,本文采用一种气体液压式反后坐缓冲装置,编制后坐运动数值仿真程序。仿真结果表明,在保证后坐位移的情况下,相比弹簧式缓冲器,采用气液式缓冲装置自动机最大后坐力下降了39%。对后坐运动过程进行流体仿真计算,并与数值计算结果进行对比,两者误差在10%以内,进一步验证了仿真结果。  相似文献

自动机在射击过程中具有较大的后坐能量,这些后坐能量通过缓冲器进行消耗。为研究缓冲器主要性能参数---刚度、阻尼、预压力的变化对自动机后坐过程的影响以及最大后坐速度与摩擦力的关系,利用运动学仿真分析软件对某自动机缓冲器后坐过程与刚度、阻尼、预压力的关系进行了研究。研究表明,通过提高阻尼系数比降低刚度更能缓和冲击,且不需要延长后坐行程;考虑到共振对缓冲器活塞运动以及筒体形状精度的不利影响,利用有限元模态分析方法对缓冲器动强度与结构的关系进行了研究。分析结果为缓冲器性能参数优化设计提供参考,最终达到降低后坐冲击,提高射击精度和密集度的目的。  相似文献

本文通过运行函数表达式形式,在ADAMS软件环境下实现了不同刚度环形弹簧工作特性仿真,并利用该方法对某小口径火炮的后坐复进过程进行仿真计算,其结果与试验数据吻合较好,该仿真方法方便、准确,针对生产过程中出现环形弹簧刚度降低对后座规律影响有理论指导意义,也可应用于其他特殊弹簧的仿真,提高火炮后座复进过程仿真计算效率。  相似文献

随着电磁轨道炮发射能级越来越大,发射装置后坐力也越来越大,为改善炮架受力,使用反后坐装置成为必要。本文以某电磁轨道炮为研究对象,建立了发射系统简化实体模型和动力学模型,在相同发射工况下,分别对采用3种不同类型反后坐装置的发射系统在0°和45°射角状态下的后坐复进运动规律进行仿真计算,得出在宽射角范围条件下,采用两复进机和两驻退机均匀对称布置方式的反后坐装置,反后坐综合效能更优的结论。本研究对大能量、宽射角电磁轨道炮的发射系统总体设计具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

文章以缓冲缸缓冲末期运动件与缓冲缸的硬接触撞击过程为研究对象,应用冲击动力学理论和非线性有限元理论对硬接触撞击过程的冲击规律特性进行分析,并将理论计算数据与实测数据的结果进行对比,进一步证明了理论分析和模型建立的准确度和可行性。在此基础上,获得了缓冲缸基座的受力要求,为缓冲缸基座的设计提供了有力支撑。  相似文献

运用有限水深多浮体三维势流理论和谱分析理论,结合实例计算,建立了一种计算近海移动式栈桥码头三维运动响应的方法,该方法将栈桥码头简化为刚性模块柔性连接器模型(RMFC),柔性连接器被假定为线性弹簧。通过将计算结果与实验结果比较,验证了本文提出的计算方法可以用于预报近海移动式栈桥码头在海浪作用下的三维运动响应情况,其计算结果可以作为设计连接器及锚链的依据。  相似文献

为解决船用液压缸在工作过程中产生的液压冲击影响船舶液压元件及液压系统可靠性的问题,本文针对液压缸缓冲特性进行研究分析。通过建立液压缸缓冲过程数学模型,推导理论最优的液压缸结构形式。搭建基于AMESim的阀控液压缸液压系统动力学仿真模型,仿真分析不同液压缸活塞结构与不同初始间隙下的液压缸缓冲特性,并将仿真结果与理论推导结果进行对比,研究结果对理解、使用和设计船用液压缸具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

为了保证深潜救生艇下水和起吊过程的安全,提出了深潜救生艇收放装置关键技术,包括纵横摇缓冲保护技术和恒张力控制技术.从理论分析出发,分析母船船体和深潜救生艇运动状态和受力情况,建立运动模型,进行了计算机仿真,提出了收放装置纵横摇缓冲机构的设计原则.在恒张力控制研究方面,重点分析深潜救生艇在水面的运动与受力状态,进行了起吊缆恒张力控制仿真试验.利用起吊绞车试验模型进行起吊缆恒张力控制试验研究,验证分析和仿真的结果,为设计提供了技术基础.  相似文献

针对影响舰炮自动机性能因素繁多、关系复杂的问题,以及指标的选择与评价标准具有一定的模糊性的特点,采用一种模糊物元模型对舰炮自动机性能进行评价研究。提出了衡量舰炮自动机性能的5个示性指标,通过建立关联度复合模糊物元来形成判断矩阵;采用变异系数法确定各评价指标的权重系数;通过计算待评舰炮自动机的关联度大小,进行优劣排序,来评价舰炮舰炮自动机的性能。算例表明,在选定指标的基础上,用基于变异系数法的模糊物元模型来评价舰炮自动机性能是合理的,结果可信。研究结果可为舰炮自动机的设计研制和部分参数优化提供理论参考。  相似文献

两栖武器水上射击时,全炮会在水上产生翻转、后移和下沉,后坐部分运动规律和后坐阻力规律与陆上射击时有很大差异.本文运用双重后座原理建立两栖武器水上射击时后坐部分和车体的动力学模型,并通过solidworks二次开发实时获取了水上射击时入水部分浮心和最大横截面积,从而对模型求解得出两栖武器水上射击的后坐运动和后坐阻力规律.结果表明,水上射击时后坐阻力以及后坐速度、后坐位移曲线较陆上射击时较为平缓,且最大后坐力明显下降.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
