鞍形板是典型的船体双曲度板之一,在使用高频感应加热成形鞍形板的研究过程中,多加热线的感应加热变形预测是钢板感应加热工艺研究的关键技术问题。该文基于固有应变理论和弹性有限元分析方法,通过大量钢板多场耦合的数值计算建立了工艺参数和固有应变的关系数据,以实际的固有应变作为载荷输入参数,应用弹性有限元模型计算多加热线鞍形板的整体变形。鞍形板的弹性有限元分析结果得到的挠度值与实验值一致,计算时间短,计算误差符合工程精度要求。因此,分析结果表明鞍形板多加热线的弹性有限元分析模型可以应用于鞍形板的变形预测。 相似文献

本文应用有限元法对平板在自重作用下引起的变形进行了计算。并对影响外板横向及纵向曲率的外板几何尺寸进行了多元线性回归,最后给出外板自重成型时的横向及纵向曲率最大公式。使得在外板计算展开后,就可以决定该板是否需要弯曲加工。 相似文献

1 前言 双幅板组合滑轮是镇江黄墟锚链厂研制开发的新型滑轮,其结构如图1所示.其两块钢质圆盘形幅板通过翻边4与轮毂5过盈结合,同时,圆盘形幅板的圆周上开有一定数量的铆管孔 ,由空心铆管6将两块圆盘形幅板2牢固地铆在一起,组合成为一个钢质轮体.轮缘1是具有开口的尼龙圆环,其截面成楔形,嵌入两幅板构成的凹槽内,由于自锁作用,使轮缘1无需紧固件紧固而牢靠地固定在轮体上,因此更换方便.当轮缘被钢丝绳磨损报废后,只需更换轮缘,且这种尼龙轮缘对钢丝绳的磨损比钢质轮缘要小得多,这就大大提高了钢丝绳和滑轮的寿命. 相似文献

船体曲面成形技术是船舶加工过程中重要的环节。如何更好更快实现船体复杂曲面加工,一致以来备受国内外学者的关注。本文借鉴插补原理,对传统船体复杂曲面加热线布置进行了优化设计,得到了圆弧形板、s形板、帆形板和马鞍板的加热线。采用COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场仿真软件,分析四种加热线下钢板变形情况,并通过实验检验了插补形式下的船体曲面成形效果。结果表明:(1)插补算法得到的船体曲面加热线路程比传统加热线路程节约75%以上。(2)对有限元计算位移进行曲面拟合,得到的预测模型与实际船体曲面基本一致。(3)实验了四种曲面加热线,并将有限元预测位移与实验进行对比,二者误差在6%以内,有限元计算与实验结果基本吻合。该方法降低加工时间,提高加工效率。 相似文献

典型的舰船壳体是主要由薄钢板和肋骨构成的复杂结构,采用磁矩量法计算其感应磁场时,会碰到数据准备复杂,剖分单元数目过多的问题。按照横截面积与磁化率乘积相等的原则,将舰船壳体模块等效简化为一个各向异性的简单薄钢板结构。针对一个有代表性的数值算例,采用磁矩量法分别计算简化前、后舰船壳体模块的感应磁场,并对比计算结果。研究发现,等效前后的计算误差不超过1.5%,证明所提出的磁性等效方法不仅能简化数据准备工作,而且还可以减少单元数目,对于磁矩量法计算非常有利,能够作为计算舰船壳体感应磁场的一条可行途径。 相似文献

A hybrid ship hull model made with a steel truss and composite sandwich panels was tested and analyzed with the goal of gaining
insight into how well this structural concept holds up after major damage. One of the ideas of the concept was to mount the
sandwich panels to the steel truss such that they can be blown out in a controlled fashion to ventilate a large internal blast.
The hull should be designed to have sufficient strength for the ship to reach a port safely even after such extensive damage.
A 6-m model of such a hybrid ship hull, consisting of a stainless steel truss and 60 composite sandwich panels, was manufactured
and mechanically tested. A number of panels were then removed one by one and the hull was retested to the design load after
each panel had been removed. The removed panels simulated major damage. After nine panels had been removed, from all the different
areas of the hull, it could still carry the design load, although with considerable nonreversible deformations of the hull
girder. The hull was eventually loaded to final failure, which occurred at 25% above the design load. 相似文献

根据给定的船体型值点,以三次非均匀B样条为光顺函数,采用整体光顺方法,以应变能最小、曲率变化均匀为准则,以控制点为未知量,建立最优化问题的约束方程并求解,实现船体曲线的光顺。根据曲线的相对曲率线图,将优化后的光顺B样条船体曲线与插值B样条曲线、传统最小二乘法逼近曲线进行了比较。构[循规蹈矩本曲面,以UV方向上的单参数曲线族或站线、水线、纵剖线方向的截面曲线族为研究对象,以曲线族的应变能之和最小为准则,进行光顺处理,最后,以NURBS为统一数学表达式,根据光顺后得到的控制点网络,应用双三次非均匀有理B样条得到光顺的船体曲面。 相似文献

Methods used for digital ship design were studied and formed the basis of a proposed frame model suitable for ship construction modeling. Based on 3-D modeling software, a digital design system for hull structures was developed. Basic software systems for modeling, modifying, and assembly simulation were developed. The system has good compatibility, and models created by it can be saved in different 3-D file formats, and 2D engineering drawings can be output directly. The model can be modified dynamically, overcoming the necessity of repeated modifications during hull structural design. Through operations such as model construction, intervention inspection, and collision detection, problems can be identified and modified during the hull structural design stage. Technologies for centralized control of the system, database management, and 3-D digital design are integrated into this digital model in the preliminary design stage of shipbuilding. 相似文献
