大连香炉礁新建造船坞泵房,采用先预制沉箱、水上安装后进行内部施工的工艺,施工实际效果表明,应用Iventor软件建模辅助计算沉箱吃水、浮游稳定,效果显著;施工中结合工程的实际情况采用了条件不同的3个预制场依次预制超大异型沉箱、钢封门后安装改为与混凝土现浇同步进行、双钩安装超大异型沉箱等施工工艺,确保了目前国内规模最大的预制沉箱结构安全、优质、高效地施工完成,为以后超大异型沉箱的施工提供了成熟的施工技术.  相似文献

沉箱结构被广泛应用于港口工程重力式码头结构中,作为码头的墙身结构。针对LNG项目取水的需求,设计了一种不同于传统沉箱的异型沉箱作为LNG项目的取水泵房,并根据实际施工能力,提出了沉箱二次浇注的设计方案。首先,在岸上预制沉箱外壁与底板,安装定位后,二次现浇沉箱内隔墙、支撑横梁、立柱等。施工期浮运、安装过程中,由于沉箱未整体成型,根据受力特点采用钢结构对沉箱外壁进行支撑。本工程以不同时期的荷载要求为基础,结合可行的施工方案,对沉箱结构进行了详细设计,实现了大型异型沉箱在LNG取水工程方面的应用,可以为类似工程提供借鉴。  相似文献

混凝土沉箱作为一种重要的水工结构,广泛应用于港口码头的建设中。浮游稳定性是沉箱在出运、安装过程中的安全保证。对于常规的规则矩形沉箱,浮游稳定计算较为简单,规范中给出了明确的计算方法,通常采用简单的手算即可完成。但是,对于横截面不对称的异型沉箱,若采用常规的手算计算方法,则相当繁琐、且难以得到准确的计算结果。本文以某一海外港口工程为依托,介绍了一种利用AutoCAD和Excel计算异型沉箱浮游稳定的高效方法,以期为其它项目提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献

针对非对称异型沉箱浮游稳定计算的难题,首先对任意形状的浮游物体浮心进行了理论推导;然后根据异型沉箱的结构特点,调整沉箱的压载,使浮心在浸水面上的投影与浸水面的形心重合;再通过转轴公式,找到浸水面的形心主惯性矩。此时,就可以将对称沉箱浮游稳定计算理论推广至非对称异型沉箱。通过一系列分析及现场实操,证明理论计算与实际结果基本一致,为非对称异型沉箱的浮游稳定计算提供了一种通用方法。  相似文献

针对滨海核电厂施工期对于淡水的取水需求,基于港工传统的沉箱结构,设计了一座异型沉箱结构作为某核电厂施工期的临时取水设施,总结了核电厂取水设施设计中应考虑的平面和结构布置要点。以港口工程相关规范为基础,对土压力、波浪力和可变均载等荷载进行组合,计算异型沉箱的稳定性和结构内力。从布置、计算和造价三方面表明以异型沉箱结构作为滨海核电厂的临时取水设施是可行的。本文提出的异型沉箱结构的布置和计算方法,可以为类似工程提供借鉴。  相似文献

超大型消浪孔沉箱的建造、移运和安装对于施工设备和技术都是一个很大的挑战。以青岛港董家口港区北一突堤4#泊位工程为例,介绍沉箱消浪孔封堵采用内拉悬挂钢模板封堵工艺,克服了传统封堵方式的不足,实现了"中间隔墙消浪孔不封堵、沉箱候潮安装"的工法;同时介绍消浪孔沉箱在溜放、浮运和安装过程中的计算及施工关键技术。该工程的成功实践,为超大型消浪孔沉箱的移运和安装提供了借鉴。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
