为了获取DCT变速器湿式双离合器结合过程热影响规律,以某湿式双离合自动变速器为研究对象,借助于Matlab/Simulink仿真分析软件建立湿式双离合器接合过程动力学模型,对离合器接合时摩擦副滑摩热量及钢片温升进行了热影响因素仿真分析,得到离合器接合时间、发动机转速、结合压力和摩擦钢片厚度等因素对摩擦副温度变化的影响规律,为不同摩擦片结构及工作状况时冷却油流量合理配置提供了理论依据。 相似文献

文章以7速湿式双离合自动变速器(dualclutchtransmission,DCT)的效率为研究对象,对其影响因素进行分析,研究变速器润滑油量和壳体导油结构优化对其的影响,通过构建机械效率损伤模型,运用仿真分析和试验相结合,分析测量了优化后的变速器效率对整车油耗的优化效果。试验仿真数据显示:减少离合器腔体存油量、适当变速器大齿圈搅油损失,对提高效率减少油耗有极大影响。文章构建了有效的效率仿真模型,为分析变速箱效率提供了快速有效的方法;最后通过优化腔体和油量提高变速箱的效率,整车经济性数据显示油耗有明显的改善,此思路为搭载湿式双离合变速器的车辆油耗改善提供指导及依据。 相似文献

介绍了双离合自动变速器(DCT)可靠性试验方案和油液监测方法,在DCT可靠性试验过程中,通过对双离合自动变速器油(DCTF)运动粘度、酸值、碱值、水分、污染度的监测,结合其变化趋势图分析,对DCTF的性能进行评价,并对DCT试验阶段的磨损状态进行监控识别。试验研究证明油液监测应成为分析DCT可靠性试验的组成部分之一,将多种油液分析方法集成运用,可有效监测DCTF的性能指标变化,描述DCT可靠性试验过程中主要零件的润滑与磨损情况,为DCT可靠性评定提供手段和依据。 相似文献

This paper researches the coordination of control between an engine and clutch at the system level to adequately reflect a driver’s intention and improve the starting performance of a vehicle equipped with a dry dual clutch transmission (DCT). Four-degree-of-freedom (DOF) starting dynamic equations are established for a dry DCT with a single intermediate shaft, and a two-DOF model of the sliding friction process and a single-DOF in-gear model of stable operation are obtained after simplifying these equations. Taking advantage of predictive control and a genetic algorithm, target tracing curves of the engine’s speed and the vehicle’s velocity are optimally specified online, and the starting sliding mode variable structure (SMVS) coordinating control strategy is designed to track these curves. The starting performance of a prototype car equipped with a dry DCT is simulated under different starting cases on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform. The simulation results show that the designed SMVS coordinating controller not only embodies driver intention and effectively improves the dry DCT car’s starting performance but is also highly robust when subjected to variations in the vehicle parameters. 相似文献

双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)随着服役时间的增加离合器性态会发生变化导致起步性能下降,为降低离合器性态变化对起步性能的影响,提出一种基于扩展状态观测器和滑模控制的DCT起步自适应控制方法。首先,建立DCT起步动力学模型、发动机模型和液压控制系统模型;将DCT起步问题转化为参考轨迹跟踪问题,通过工况识别并利用极小值原理获得了不同起步工况的参考轨迹;在DCT起步动力学模型中将与离合器性态变化相关的项定义为不确定项,设计扩展状态观测器对不确定项进行估计,同时结合自适应滑模控制器,获得了起步发动机转矩和离合器油压的自适应控制率;为了跟踪发动机转矩和离合器油压的自适应控制率,设计了发动机转矩跟踪控制器,同时对液压系统采用了PID闭环控制;通过MATLAB/Simulink平台仿真以及台架试验验证所提出的DCT起步控制方法对离合器性态变化的自适应效果。研究结果表明:所提出的起步自适应控制方法能够有效避免由离合器性态变化导致的起步延时,同时1挡缓起步和急起步的仿真冲击分别减小了53.11%和43.42%,试验起步冲击分别减小了35.66%和30.31%。 相似文献

This paper proposes an advanced permanent magnet (PM) motor drive modeling for dynamic analysis of automotive control systems
with PM motor drives. To enhance the reusability of the proposed PM motor drive model, each component is modeled in an object-oriented
manner according to the physical partitioning of a real drive system, and userfriendly and well-organized interfaces are also
proposed. These characteristics enable this model to be used as a kind of a programming library. A multi-level modeling strategy
is also proposed, which helps make a compromise between model accuracy and simulation speed without structural modification
of the system model. The model and modeling strategy developed allow for a comprehensive analysis of each component and dynamic
analysis of the total system. System simulation results show the practical effectiveness of the proposed modeling strategy. 相似文献

为开发汽车排气污染物简易瞬态工况法测试系统,研究了底盘测功机机械惯量电模拟的相关理论和方法。通过汽车在底盘测功机上运行状态的动力学分析,基于汽车驱动轮转动动态特性相同的原理,建立了汽车底盘测功机机械惯量的电模拟模型。分析了简易瞬态测试工况控制要求和风冷电涡流测功器的性能特点,构建了VMAS测试工况控制系统,应用预测控制和解耦控制理论和技术,设计了底盘测功机机械惯量电模拟控制方案,开发了基于DMC,具有模型增益自校正和解耦功能的VMAS测试扭矩控制器和简易瞬态工况控制试验系统。运行试验结果表明,该系统可以较好地模拟汽车加速运动惯量。 相似文献

The compressor of an automotive proton exchange membrane fuel cell requires severe dynamic performance under normal driving patterns. Because the air flow demand of the automotive fuel cell requires steep increase/decrease, it is very important to understand the air flow trajectory of the centrifugal compressor to avoid the compressor surge. In this study, a simulation model of an automotive fuel cell system with a dynamic compressor was developed to investigate the proper trajectory of air flow rate on a performance map of an air compressor. The dynamic response of the compressor shows that the cathode inlet and exit valves have a significant effect on surge evolution. In particular, the results showed that a proper combination of valve opening areas is required to avoid compressor surge. In this study, the original two valve approach was reduced to a single cathode exit valve control with fixed cathode inlet orifice. A surge rejection algorithm was also developed, based on the comparison of surge protection envelope pressure with actual measured pressure. The results show that surge evolution is effectively avoided by controlling the cathode exit valve. 相似文献
