通过计算比较分析,讨论了梁板式高桩码头结构计算的各种计算模型的适用性。分别以某15万t级集装箱高桩码头的结构段和单个排架段结构为研究对象,建立了梁板单元、实体单元和等效桩基实体单元的有限元分析模型,通过对控制工况进行计算比较,讨论了各种计算模型的计算效率、特点和适用性。计算码头桩基内力、横纵梁内力、沉降变形量时,可采用梁板单元结构段模型,作为近似,也可采用现设计规范推荐的投影梁板单元排架结构模型。 相似文献

夹层板连接结构始终制约着夹层板在船体结构中的大规模应用。为推进夹层板连接结构的研究设计,以夹层板面内连接结构为研究对象,研究面内连接结构屈服强度、稳定性、极限强度分析的力学模型,然后从建模方式、单元类型、网格尺寸、加载速率、初始缺陷等多个方面研究面内连接结构力学性能数值仿真分析技术。通过研究确定:采用Shell-Shell-Contact建模方式,可以提高计算效率和计算精度;网格尺寸的选取应以计算资源作为主要考虑因素;可采用小尺寸板条模型研究极限强度,加载时间为5~10 T(T为结构固有周期)范围内可提高计算效率和计算精度;施加5%板壳厚度的初始缺陷,可在极限抗压能力分析时引导结构进入一阶屈曲模态。 相似文献

At the initial design stage, for rapid evaluation of strength of ship structures, finite element analysis using beam elements is carried out as a rule. In beam modeling of ship structures, brackets are usually represented by rigid elements to simplify the analysis. The extent of rigid ends, which is called the span point, can be determined from the three kinds of view points, i.e., bending, shearing and axial deformation.
In this paper, a novel beam element is developed. The developed novel beam element, referred to as the rigid-ended beam element, can consider the effect of three kinds of span point within one element, which was impossible in modeling with the ordinary beam element. Calculated results agree with the exact solution for a cantilever beam and also with results obtained from finite element analysis using membrane elements. Structural analysis using the rigid-ended beam element is revealed to have good computing efficiency due to the elements not needing to correspond to the brackets. 相似文献

沉管水下沉放中,管节与船舶采用缆索连接吊放下沉.为解决外海复杂海况条件下,船管缆系耦合受力的状态与水下管节的位移不受控和缆力超限的问题,通过数值仿真计算和物模试验相结合的方式,分析了不同沉放深度的沉管沉放过程中,船舶受外载荷和管节水下受水动力双重作用时的动力响应情况.通过计算和试验,开展了自由状态下的衰减试验、系泊系统下模型单自由度运动衰减试验、作业状态下沉管和安装船运动响应及各缆绳的受力测量,得到系泊缆、沉管吊缆和安装缆,在浪、流组合作用下的受力和水下运动位移情况,选取了适用于本项目管节沉放施工缆系的关键力学取值,并进行了工程应用验证和对比分析,证明了该研究成果的正确性,研究成果可为类似工程大型构件水下精确沉放和施工提供技术依据. 相似文献

A conventional method of damage modeling by a reduction in stiffness is insufficient to model the complex non-linear damage characteristics of concrete material accurately. In this research, the concrete damage plasticity constitutive model is used to develop the numerical model of a deck beam on a berthing jetty in the Abaqus finite element package. The model constitutes a solid section of 3D hexahedral brick elements for concrete material embedded with 2D quadrilateral surface elements as reinforcements. The model was validated against experimental results of a beam of comparable dimensions in a cited literature.The validated beam model is then used in a three-point load test configuration to demonstrate its applicability for preliminary numerical evaluation of damage detection strategy in marine concrete structural health monitoring. The natural frequency was identified to detect the presence of damage and mode shape curvature was found sensitive to the location of damage. 相似文献

The launching and recovery process of a human-occupied vehicle(HOV) faces more complex wave effects than other types of submersible operations. However, due to the nonlinearity between the HOV and its mother ship, difficulties occur in theoretically simulating their coupled motion and hydrodynamics. The coupled motion responses and the load under different regular wave conditions are investigated experimentally in this study. The optimized design of the experimental scheme simulated the launching and recovery process of the mother ship and HOV in regular waves. The attitude sensor performed synchronous real-time measurement of the coupled motion between the mother ship and HOV as well as obtained the load data on the coupled motion under different cable lengths. The results show that models in heading waves mainly lead to the vertical motion of the hoisting point. In beam waves, the transverse and vertical motions of the hoisting point occur in a certain frequency of waves.Under the heading and beam wave conditions, the longer the hoisting cable is, the greater the movement amplitude of the submersible is. Moreover, compared with the condition of the beam waves, the hoisting submersible has less influence on the mother ship under the condition of the heading waves.
