针对轮机模拟器在船舶制冷仿真训练方面过于简化的问题,对某集装箱船制冷系统采用移动边界法和流体网络法建立系统的数学仿真模型,运用VC++的MFC开发系统的二维可视化仿真界面,基于3ds Max建立系统的三维物理模型,并采用细节层次技术(LOD)对模型进行优化,再进一步导入OGRE视景引擎中实时渲染。仿真结果表明:船舶制冷动态仿真系统能够实现冰机间与冷库的三维虚拟漫游,实现在二维端和三维端的人机交互操作等功能,可用于船员对船舶制冷系统的针对性学习和培训。  相似文献

由于当前船舶制冷控制多采用PID算法,计算过程复杂,制冷耗时间长,无法满足船舶制冷的实际要求,提出基于动态执行机构的船舶制冷动态储能控制算法,该算法应用储能、制冷、控制3个阶段并行原理完成工作,通过计算控制偏差值完成船舶制冷系统的控制计算,计算过程简单。由实验结果可知,相同工况下,本文制冷系统工作效率远高于传统PID算法的舶制冷控制,降低了制冷成本,有效降低工作人员劳动强度,对于船舶制冷行业发展有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

文章基于微控制器和RTX-51 Tiny小型实时操作系统和CAN总线技术,设计开发了溴化锂吸收式制冷装置模拟器,描述了硬件组成和基于RTX-51 Tiny的软件设计方法,较好地实现了溴化锂制冷装置模拟器的采集、参数显示和通信等功能,该模拟器对于船舶溴化锂制冷装置的教学和训练具有一定的促进作用。  相似文献

在现有船舶冷库制冷系统的基础上,设计一种利用喷射器代替高温库蒸发器和中温库蒸发器出口蒸发压力调节阀(背压阀)的制冷系统。该系统能有效提高制冷压缩机的回气压力,使压缩机的功耗减少,达到节能的目的。研究2种喷射器代替背压阀的方案对该制冷系统性能的影响,并采用不同环保工质(R134a、R404A、R407C、R407F、R410A和R507A)对2种制冷系统的制冷系数进行对比。计算结果表明:方案二的性能远好于方案一;在给定的工况下,方案二制冷系统的制冷系数与原制冷系统相比分别提高34.95%、47.69%、38.02%、38.56%、50.37%和43.36%。在此基础上,分别研究高温冷库蒸发器和低温冷库蒸发器的蒸发温度对方案二制冷系统性能的影响。  相似文献

以某小型船舶冷库制冷系统运行中的几点问题为例,针对冬季冷却水温度偏低,冷凝负荷大幅变化时,制冷系统不能稳定运行和冷库制冷系统运行时振动噪声较大的问题,分别进行了原因分析,并给出了切实可行的改进设计方案,提高了冷库制冷系统的性能,降低了制冷设备的振动噪声水平,可以满足船员的使用需求.希望对制冷设计师和用户有所借鉴和启迪,进一步提升我国船舶冷库制冷系统的设计和应用水平.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
