大型自动化立体仓库是物流重要环节,其货物存取效率至关重要,而货位优化配置是提升其效率的有效方法.比较分析了几种常见的货位优化方法后,选择周期性病毒遗传算法（CVEGA）进行优化仿真,并根据实际优化条件设计了列数优先的病毒编码规则.结果表明：和传统遗传算法相比,计算效率有了明显提升,更能满足现场实际需求.     

移动终端在自动化仓库管理中的应用

以手持终端和叉车触摸屏相结合作为操作终端,设计了自动化立体仓库管理系统的硬件网络结构、功能模块和数据库,重点设计了移动终端在出入库中的功能模块流程和手持终端访问数据库的方法,并阐述了移动终端应用注意事项.实际应用表明,本文设计的自动化立体仓库管理系统能够很好的发挥手持终端和叉车触摸屏各自的特点,操作方便灵活,提高了仓库周转的效率,降低了仓库管理的成本.     

基于以太网的VC6.0网络通信编程研究

介绍了利用MFC实现自动化立体仓库管控系统网络通信的设计思想及其实现方法，并对基于工业以太网的VC8．0网络通信编程的主要特点及实现方法进行了论述．详细叙述监控系统网络通信的具体实现步骤，并结合实际情况给出了实现网络通讯的程序．最后对以太网通信的稳定性和可靠性保证进行了深入研究．     

配送中心AGV配置方案仿真研究

建立了基于AUTOMOD平台的某配送中心仿真模型.研究了配送中心核心子系统,包括典型的自动化立体仓储系统,AGV搬运系统,数字化智能分拣系统和基于自动化立体仓储系统的件货自动分类系统等.对输入数据模型进行了检验,验证模型设计的正确性和可行性.对该配送中心的3种不同的AGV配置方案进行了仿真,通过对仿真结果的分析,得到了最优的AGV配置方案.     

成品车立体仓库PLC控制系统设计与实现

对风神汽车有限公司涂装车间成品车立体仓库自动控制系统进行设计,控制选用OMRON公司CS1W-CPU65型PLC。详细阐述项目的硬件结构设计及软件组成以及PLC的具体配置。对Device Net总线在立体仓库中的应用作了一定的描述。结果表明系统能够满足了生产要求。     

立体仓库中堆垛机待命位的动态确定及应用

自动化立体仓库堆垛作业待命位是影响存储系统反应时间的一个决定性困难。通过建立一完整的数学模型，提出了一个堆垛机动态寿命位的优化方案，在实践中取得了很好的效果。     

Optimization of Operational Route in AS/RS Based on Particle Swarm Algorithm

Optimization of the operational route in the automated storage/retrieval system (AS/RS) is transformed into the traveling salesman problem. To make the moving distance of the storage/retrieval machine shortest, we carry out a group of tests where 20 goods locations are chosed. Using PSO for operational route of AS/RS, the operation time can be shortened by about 11%. The experiments indicate that under the same conditions, the more the goods locations are, the higher the operation efficiency of the storage/retrieval machine is.     

AS-X树脂的增韧及耐候性研究

用马来酸酐MAH熔融接枝POE制得POE-g-MAH,用其作为AS与POE的相容剂,提高AS树脂韧性与耐候性,并研究了PE-g-MAH和PP-g-MAH作为相容剂PC/AS共混物的增韧作用.用摆锤式冲击试验机、拉伸试验机测试增韧效果,用SEM,FTIR,DSC等测试手段研究产物及共混物的共组成、相容性、相结构、热稳定性.结果表明：PC/AS共混物增韧效果比POE-g-MAH/AS好,PC/AS共混物缺口冲击强度达到5.45 J/m2几乎是纯AS树脂（1.2 kJ/m2）的5倍.     

油库分布式数据采集和控制系统的设计

介绍了油库分布式数据采集和控制系统的设计方案。该系统采用RS485总线,以PC机为主控机,单片机为分布式从机.在主机与从机的通信接口中采用了TI公司的RS485接口芯片75LBC184,介绍了其原理及接口电路;使用TI公司的精密高速运算放大器TLC4502采集模拟信号并进行放大,给出了设计电路;采用了串行A/D转换器TLC1549将模拟信号转换为数字信号,介绍了其原理及转换程序。     

编组站调度计划无线传输系统的研究--PC与ND250A模块通讯的实现

主要介绍了编组站调度生产无线传输系统研制的背景与应用需求,并着重表述了系统主要部件无线数传模块日精NIS-SEI ND250A的RS232通讯协议及通讯方法,详细说明了VISUAL BASIC的通讯控件MSCOMM的属性、方法、事件.通过实例对利用MSCOMM通讯控件进行RS232串口通讯的设计方法进行了详细讨论,并最终实现了Win2000/xp环境下PC与无线数传模块的RS232串口通讯控制.     

Welded joint fatigue reliability analysis on bogie frame of high-speed electric multiple unit

A new method for welded joint fatigue reliability analysis on bogie frame of high-speed electric multiple unit (EMU) is proposed according to the International Union of Railways (UIC) standard, the Britain Standard Institute (BSI) standard and the Miner rule. Firstly, the fatigue calculation condition is loaded according to the UIC standard. The welded joint damage ratio is calculated by the BSI standard. Fatigue reliability analysis is conducted for a typical welded joint based on probabilistic design system (PDS) module in software ANSYS 14.0. In the system, the automatic program is prepared by ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) to calculate the welded joint fatigue damage ratio. Meantime, the relationship between the input variables and the output response is fitted by the response surface (RS) method. Then, the RS method is improved by the orthogonal design. Specifically, the selecting process optimization for the RS method based on the orthogonal design is conducted to improve the fitting efficiency of the RS method. Finally, a program of the automatic analysis documents is generated by Microsoft foundation class (MFC) technique. Through the self-defined interface, the researchers can easily import the automatic generation of the orthogonal table into the PDS module and analyze the fatigue reliability. Results show that the improved RS method can better fit the RS which covers the sample area, and the distribution law agrees well with the actual situation. At the same time, the improved RS method reduces the calculation time.
