In this study, (100)-oriented growth of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 (BST) /LaNiO3 (LNO) stacks was obtained on Pt(lll)/SiO2/Si substrates by r.f. magnetron sputtering. The orientation of the subsequently deposited Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin film was strongly affected by the LNO under layer, and the BST thin film deposited on the (100)LNO-coated Si substrate was also found to have a significant (100)-oriented texture. Effects of LNO interlayer on the dielectric properties of BST thin films were investigated. As a result, the tunability of BST thin film was greatly improved with the insertion of (100)-oriented LNO under layer with proper thickness.  相似文献

The swarm parametes for c-C4F8/CF4 mixtures, including the density-normalized effective ionization coefficient, drift velocity and mean energy were calculated using Monte-Carlo method with the null collision technique. The overall density-reduced electric field strength could be varied between 150 and 500 Td, while the c-C4F8 content in gas mixtures is varied in the range of 0–100%. The value of the density-normalized effective ionization coefficient shows a strong dependence on the c-C4F8 content, becoming more electronegative as the content of c-C4F8 is increased. The drift velocity of c-C4F8/CF4 mixtures is more affected by CF4. The calculated limiting field strength for c-C4F8/CF4 mixtures is higher than that of SF6/CF4. Cuprous oxide (Cu2O) thin films have been deposited on glass substrate by reactive magnetron sputtering method using Cu target and argon oxygen gas atmosphere. Effect of oxygen flow rate on structural and optical properties of thin films has been discussed. The results of X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and atomic force micrograph indicated that the condition window for single Cu2O phase was about 3.8 to 4.4 cm3/min, and the optimum oxygen flow rate was 4.2 cm3/min. The optical band gap E g of Cu2O film was determined by using the data of transmittance versus wavelength, and slightly decreased from 2.46 to 2.40 eV with the increase of oxygen flow rate from 3.8 to 4.4 cm3/min. The Cu2O film formed at the oxygen flow rate of 4.2 cm3/min had an optical band gap of 2.43 eV.  相似文献

A closed form solution to the problem of segmenting multiple 3D motion models was proposed from straight-line optical flow. It introduced the multibody line optical flow constraint (MLOFC), a polynomial equation relating motion models and line parameters. The motion models can be obtained analytically as the derivative of the MLOFC at the corresponding line measurement, without knowing the motion model associated with that line. Experiments on real and synthetic sequences were also presented.  相似文献

Direct electrochemical extraction of Ti5Si3 from pressed cathode pellets comprising of powdered Ti/Sicontaining metal oxide compounds was investigated by using molten salt electro-deoxidation technology.Three groups of mixtures including TiO2 mixed with SiO2,Ti-bearing blast furnace slag(TBFS) mixed with TiO2, and TBFS mixed with high-titanium slag(HTS) were prepared at the same stoichiometric ratio(Ti:Si=5:3) corresponding to the target composition of Ti5Si3,and used as the starting materials in this experiment,respectively. The pressed porous cylindrical pellet of the Ti/Si-containing compounds served as a cathode,and two different anode systems,i.e.,the inert solid oxide oxygen-ion-conducting membrane(SOM) based anode system and graphite-based anode system were used contrastively.The electrochemical experiment was carried out at 900-1050℃and 3.0-4.0 V in molten CaCl2 electrolyte.The results show that the oxide components were electro-deoxidized effectively and Ti5Si3 could be directly extracted from these complex Ti/Si-containing metal oxide compounds.  相似文献

A novel joint source channel distortion model was proposed, which can essentially estimate the average distortion in progressive image transmission. To improve the precision of the model, the redundancy generated by a forbidden symbol in the arithmetic codes is used to distinguish the quantization distortion and the channel distortion, all the coefficients from the first error one to the end of the sequence are set to be a value within the variance range of the coefficients instead of zero, then the error propagation coming from the entropy coding can be essentially estimated, which is disregarded in the most conventional joint source channel coding (JSCC) systems. The precision of the model in terms of average peak-signal-to-noise has been improved about 0.5 dB compared to classical works. An efficient unequal error protection system based on the model is developed, and can be used in the wireless communication systems.  相似文献

Zn0.95?x Co0.05Cu x O (atomic ratio, x = 0?C8%) thin films are fabricated on Si(111) substrate by reactive magnetron sputtering method. Detailed characterizations indicate that the doped Cu ions substitute the Zn2+ ions in ZnO lattice. The doped Cu ions are in +1 and +2 mixture valent state. The ferromagnetism of the Zn0.95?x Co0.05Cu x O film increases gradually with the increase of the Cu+ ion concentration till x = 6%, but decreases for higher Cu concentration. Experimental results indicate that the increase of ferromagnetism is not owing to the magnetic contribution of Cu+ ions themselves, but owing to the enhancement of magnetic interaction between Co2+ ions, which suggests that p-type doping of Cu+ ions plays an important role in mediating the ferromagnetic coupling between Co ions.  相似文献

For direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) communication systems suffering interference, it is known that code-aided interference suppression technique outperforms all of the previous linear or nonlinear methods. In this paper, we proposed an improved code-aided technique which can improve the system performance greatly by using the eigenvector sign (EVS) spreading sequence which depends on the statistical characteristics of the interference and the thermal noise. The synchronization of time-delayed multi-agent networks with connected and directed topology is studied. Based on the correlative work about the agent synchronization, a modified model is presented, in which each communication receiver is distributed a delay τ. In addition, a proportional term k is introduced to modulate the delay range and to guarantee the synchronization of each agent. Two new parameters mentioned above are only correlative to the network topology, and a theorem about their connections is derived by both frequency domain method and geometric method. Finally, the theoretical result is illustrated by numerical simulations. The micro-crystalline diamond (MCD) and fine-grained diamond (FGD) films are deposited on commercial silicon nitride inserts by the hot-filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD) method. The friction and cutting properties of as-deposited MCD and FGD films coated silicon nitride (Si3N4) inserts are comparatively investigated in this study. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy are adopted to study the characterization of the deposited diamond films. The friction tests are conducted on a ball-on-plate type reciprocating friction tester in ambient air using Co-cemented tungsten carbide (WC-Co), Si3N4 and ball-bearing steel (BBS) balls as the mating materials of the diamond films. For sliding against WC-Co, Si3N4 and BBS, the FGD film presents lower friction coefficients than the MCD film. However, after sliding against Si3N4, the FGD film is subject to more severe wear than the MCD film. The cutting performance of as-deposited MCD and FGD coated Si3N4 inserts is examined in dry turning glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) composite materials, comparing with the uncoated Si3N4 insert. The results indicate that the lifetime of Si3N4 inserts can be prolonged by depositing the MCD or FGD film on them and the FGD coated insert shows longer cutting lifetime than the MCD coated one.  相似文献

Smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) is a useful meshless method. The first and second orders are the most popular derivatives of the field function in the mechanical governing equations. New methods were proposed to improve accuracy of SPH approximation by the lemma proved. The lemma describes the relationship of functions and their SPH approximation. Finally, the error comparison of SPH method with or without our improvement was carried out. In c-C4F8 and c-C4F8/CO2 mixtures, the swarm parameters including ionization coefficient, attachment coefficient and effective ionization coefficient were obtained at the ratio of the electric field strength to the gas density between 150–550 Td by the steady-state Townsend (SST) method. Static breakdown voltages at each ratio were also measured at the SST condition. The limiting field strengths were obtained by two methods: computing the density-normalized effective ionization coefficient as a function of the overall density-reduced electric field strength; and measuring static breakdown voltages as a function of the product of gas density and electrode separation. Good agreement was obtained by these two methods, which ensures the correctness of the former method. The limiting field strengths of c-C4F8 and c-C4F8/CO2 mixtures were compared with those of pure SF6, SF6/CO2 mixtures and pure c-C4F8. It is found that buffer gas CO2 does not reduce the limiting field strengths of c-C4F8 greatly, the limiting field strengths of c-C4F8/CO2 mixtures are higher than those of SF6/CO2 mixtures or even pure SF6, and so c-C4F8/CO2 mixtures are suggested to be possible substitutes for SF6. This paper focuses on the robust stability for time-delay systems of neutral type. A new complete Lyapunov-Krasovskii function (LKF) is developed. Based on this function and discretization, stability conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities are obtained. The effects of excavation unloading, construction reloading and underground water on basal heave of excavation projects were presented and analyzed based on the measurement results of an underground urban complex which was located in Shanghai. The effects on water pressure and building settlements were analyzed as well. The numerical analyses by finite element method (FEM) were conducted. It showed that the soil under the excavation base continued to heave during the following certain construction stage. It also found that the bearing capacity of uplift piles which supported the buildings affected the structure quality significantly. The conclusions can be applied in future projects. A new wavelength reservation scheme is proposed to mitigate the connection setup time and minimize the reconfiguration times of optical cross-connects (OXCs) for WDM optical networks in this study. In this scheme, we consider the reconfiguration information of switch fabrics in the signaling protocol, which is designated as the signaling with switch fabric status (SWFS). Distributed reservation algorithms will reserve the wavelength with minimum of reconfiguration times of OXCs along the route. Simulation results indicate that the proposed schemes with switch fabrics status have shorter setup time, lower switching ratio as well as better blocking performance than those of the traditional classic schemes. Moreover, the proposed schemes with SWFS significantly reduce the number of switch fabrics that need to be reconfigured. Various flexible mechanisms related to quality of service (QoS) provisioning have been specified for uplink traffic at the medium access control (MAC) layer in the IEEE 802.16 standards. Among the mechanisms, contention based bandwidth request scheme can be used to indicate bandwidth demands to the base station for the non-real-time polling and best-effort services. These two services are used for most applications with unknown traffic characteristics. Due to the diverse QoS requirements of those applications, service differentiation (SD) is anticipated over the contention based bandwidth request scheme. In this paper we investigate the SD with the bandwidth request scheme by means of assigning different channel access parameters and bandwidth allocation priorities at different packets arrival probability. The effectiveness of the differentiation schemes is evaluated by simulations. It is observed that the initial backoff window can be efficient in SD, and if combined with the bandwidth allocation priority, the SD performances will be better. By studying the algorithms of single pattern matching, five factors that have effect on time complexity of the algorithm are analyzed. The five factors are: sorting the characters of pattern string in an increasing order of using frequency, utilizing already-matched pattern suffix information, utilizing already-matched pattern prefix information, utilizing the position factor which is absorbed from quick search algorithm, and utilizing the continue-skip idea which is originally proposed by this paper. Combining all the five factors, a new single pattern matching algorithm is implemented. It’s proven by the experiment that the efficiency of new algorithm is the best of all algorithms. We describe a batch RSA digital signature scheme in which a signer can sign messages for multiple recipients simultaneously. The construction is quite efficient due to the batch signing method. This is useful to improve the performance of a high-loaded signing server, for example a secure electronic transaction (SET) gateway. Theoretical calculations and experimental results show that the proposed scheme can improve the performance of the signing server significantly.
