介绍槟城二桥主桥钻孔灌注桩施工技术。马来西亚槟城第二跨海大桥主桥是一座双塔斜拉桥。该桥索塔基础采用21根φ230 cm/φ200 cm变直径钻孔灌注桩,其最大设计桩长为126.9 m,桩端嵌入微风化基岩深度达8 m,最大成孔深度达133.15 m。基于对槟城二桥主桥海上钻孔灌注桩的施工技术管理实践,总结超长钻孔灌注桩的设备选型、成孔、成桩、桩基承载力试验等施工工艺,为同类桩基的施工提供经验。  相似文献

针对在外海无掩护孤立墩施工环境条件下岩基上采用灌注斜桩存在泥浆护壁的泥皮和孔底残余沉渣降低桩基承载力、孔壁浸泡软化降低桩周土层土体强度、混凝土芯柱过长质量难以保证、硬质岩层钻孔成孔难度大、成孔工期长等技术难点,进行减小桩基入岩深度和提高桩基承载力的研究。采用灌注桩施工后进行桩底后注浆技术,对桩底沉渣和岩基裂隙进行注浆密实,并对后注浆桩基进行检测。结果表明,后注浆能提高桩基承载力,有效减小桩基入岩芯柱长度,从而保证混凝土芯柱质量,缩短施工工期。  相似文献

钻孔灌注桩是一种常用的地基加固方法,如何有效控制灌注桩成孔后的稳定性,对于保证灌注桩整体成桩质量至关重要。以沿海地区某项目为例,针对长螺旋钻孔灌注桩在富水砂性土层施工中遇到的成孔效率低、孔底涌土等问题,提出了采用钻孔成孔后同步进行孔底注水的施工方法,并进行试桩验证。结果表明:孔底注水能有效地解决成孔后孔底涌土的问题。使用长螺旋钻孔灌注桩孔底注水技术既能降低工程造价,又能保证施工质量、发挥长螺旋钻机施工效率高的特点,具有良好的实用性。  相似文献

主要介绍澳门友谊大桥钻孔灌注桩气举反循环清渣的施工工艺,施工经验和体会。澳门友谊大桥主桥桩基共有钻孔灌注桩332根,桩长26.2-72.3m,桩径1.25m,选用GJD1500型钻机(配套的真空泵为6SPS型射流泵),用反不清渣钻孔。当孔深达60m钻孔孔桩施工出现故障,泵吸清渣工作无法进行,对其中179根桩长在50-72.3m的深桩,首次探索了气举反循环清渣的施工方法,获得成功。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
