研究红外热像仪的集成式压电驱动两自由度微扫组件的动力学特性,使用基于理论分析和实验测试柔性铰链机构的两种方法,根据拉格朗日方程建立微扫组件的运动微分方程,推导出系统固有频率的解析式.采用有限元分析方法对微扫组件进行仿真分析,得到微扫组件有效工作的谐振频率和振型,并对微扫组件的模态频率进行了实验测试,对有限元计算的结果与实验结果的一致性进行对比分析.结果表明,其理论分析正确,数值分析可靠.  相似文献

Traditional cochlear implantation surgery has problems such as high surgical accuracy requirement and large trauma,which cause the difficulty of the operation and the high requirements for doctors,so that only a few doctors can complete the operation independently.However,there is no research on robotic cochlear implantation in China.In response to this problem,a robotic cochlear implantation system is proposed.The robot is controlled by robot operating system (ROS).A simulation environment for the overall surgery is established on the ROS based on the real surgery environment.Through the analysis of the kinematics and the motion planning algorithm of the manipulator,an appropriate motion mode is designed to control the motion of the manipulator,and perform the surgery under the simulation environment.A simple and feasible method of navigation is proposed,and through the model experiment,the feasibility of robotic cochlear implantation surgery is verified.  相似文献

The development of active endoscopy techniques is one important area of medical robot.This paper designed a new flexible and active endoscopy robotic system for direct tracheal inspection.The mobile mechanism of the robot is based on the inchworm movement actuated by pneumatic rubber actuator.There are five air chambers controlled independently,by adjusting pressures in air chambers,the robot can move in a straight mode or in a bending mode.The inspection sensors and some therapy surgery tools can be equipped in the front of the robot.The prototype was made and its mechanical characteristics were analyzed.The robot could move smoothly in a small plastic tube,and the robot is respectable to be used for inspection in human trachea directly.  相似文献

为满足桌面工厂对机器人在平面内大行程、高精度和全方位运动的要求,研制了一种压电陶瓷驱动的微小型机器人.该机器人采用stick-and-slip运动原理,通过压电陶瓷和电磁铁的配合动作,在铁磁性工作表面上实现了前进、后退、左转、右转和原地旋转运动.在假设平行配置的压电陶瓷驱动器在每一步的运动过程中保持平行基础上,分析了一步运动中机器人的4个支撑脚的坐标变化情况,进而推导出在该条件下反映机器人位姿变化的运动学差分模型.计算结果显示,机器人直线运动最大步长为0.042 0 mm,旋转运动最大偏转角度为0.185°/步.通过开环轨迹控制、点-点位姿控制和路径跟踪闭环控制实验,验证了机器人应用于桌面工厂时的可行性.  相似文献

With many advantages such as non-invasive,safe and quick effect,focused ultrasound lipolysis stands out among many fat-removing methods.However,during the whole process,the doctor needs to hold the ultra-sound transducer and press it on the patient's skin with a large pressure for a long time;thus the probability of muscle and bone damage for doctors is greatly increased.To reduce the occurrence of doctors' occupational diseases,a depth camera-based ultrasonic lipolysis robot system is proposed to realize robot-assisted automatic ultrasonic lipolysis operation.The system is composed of RealSense depth camera,KUKA LBR Med seven-axis robotic arm,PC host,and ultrasonic lipolysis instrument.The whole operation includes two parts:preoperative planning and intraoperative operation.In preoperative planning,the treatment area is selected in the camera image by the doctor;then the system automatically plans uniformly distributed treatment points in the treat-ment area.At the same time,the skin normal vector is calculated to determine the end posture of the robot,so that the ultrasound transducer can be pressed down in the normal direction of skin.During the intraoperative operation,the robot is controlled to arrive at the treatment point in turn.Meanwhile,the patient's movement can be detected by the depth camera,and the path of robot is adjusted in real time so that the robot can track the movement of patient,thereby ensuring the accuracy of the ultrasonic lipolysis operation.Finally,the human body model experiment is conducted.The results show that the maximum error of the robot operation is within 5 mm,average error is 3.1 mm,and the treatment points of the robot operation are more uniform than those of manual operation.Therefore,the system can replace the doctor and achieve autonomous ultrasonic lipolysis to reduce the doctor's labor intensity.  相似文献

在研究设计机器人步行系统过程中,对所设计机器人步行机构的运动特性进行了理论分析和仿真实验,得出了步行机构落足点的运动轨迹曲线.步行机构为多连杆机构,共6组,每组结构相同.该机构采用1台电机,通过机构传动,来实现落足点周期性的运动,从而实现机器人的前进、后退以及一定范围内的越障.该步行机构满足落足点运动轨迹的一般要求:前半个周期实现迈步动作,落足点尽可能的高于地面,并有一定的水平位移;后半个周期使落足点回到初始位置,并保证其轨迹尽可能的与地面平行.  相似文献

Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) guided by X-ray images aims to relieve herniated disc pain with mini-mal invasiveness and fast recovery.It requires an accurate and fast positioning of the puncture needle.We propose a teleoperated robotic system for percutaneous puncture to support RFA.We report the kinematics modelling and workspace analysis of the proposed system,which comprises preliminary and accurate positioning mechanisms.Preliminary positioning mechanism automatically drives the needle to the puncture area,and accurate positioning is then achieved by teleoperation under the guidance of X-ray images.We calculate the teleoperation workspace of the robot system using a spatial search algorithm and quantitatively analyze the optimal structural parameters aiming to maximize the workspace.The workspace of the proposed robot system complies with clinical require-ments to support RFA.  相似文献

利用ANSYS软件对压电双晶片进行谐响应模拟分析,得到压电双晶片的谐振频率为36000Hz,谐振振幅为0.512×10-5m.通过正交实验,分析比较出影响压电双晶片谐振频率及振幅的主要因素,得出了压电双晶片尺寸的优化组合,压电片尺寸参数为:20mm×6mm ×0.4mnm,基片尺寸为20mm×6mm×4mm.  相似文献

为了减小高速动车组车体刚性与弹性振动, 提出了一种基于二系垂向作动器与车体压电作动器的高速动车组车体振动主动控制方法; 基于某型高速动车组, 设计了一种在车辆二系安装垂向作动器, 在车体底架布置压电作动器, 运用H鲁棒最优控制器进行车辆协调控制的主动减振方法; 建立了基于车辆动力学参数的刚柔耦合减振力学模型, 采用H2及H准则优化压电作动器与压电传感器布置位置, 运用鲁棒最优控制方法设计了H反馈控制器; 利用MATLAB仿真了减振装置与主动控制方法对车辆动力学性能的影响, 比较了被动悬挂车辆、仅安装二系垂向作动器车辆与采用主动控制车辆的动力学性能差异。研究结果表明: 压电作动器与压电传感器布置在距车体左端距离为7.15、12.25、17.35m处车体一阶及二阶弹性模态归一化H2及H范数最大, 可以作为压电作动器与传感器的布置位置; 基于二系垂向作动器与车体压电作动器的鲁棒最优控制方法能够有效地抑制车体的振动, 一阶垂弯振动频率处车体中部和转向架上方的加速度功率谱分别减小为被动悬挂车辆的5%、10%;速度越大, 振动加速度抑制效果越明显, 当车辆的运行速度为200km·h-1时, 车体振动加速度均方根减小10%, 当车辆的运行速度为350km·h-1时, 车体振动加速度均方根减小18%;相对于被动悬挂, 二系垂向作动器输出力功率谱在车体浮沉与点头振动频率处的量级为106 N2·Hz-1, 对车体刚性振动有较大抑制作用, 压电作动器电压功率谱在车体一阶垂弯振动频率处达到峰值4 000V2·Hz-1, 对车体弹性振动有较大抑制作用。   相似文献

Piezoelectric resonators are widely used in frequency reference devices, mass sensors, resonant sensors(such as gyros and accelerometers), etc. Piezoelectric resonators usually work in a special resonant mode. Obtaining working resonant mode with high quality is key to improve the performance of piezoelectric resonators. In this paper, the resonance characteristics of a rectangular lead zirconium titanate(PZT) piezoelectric resonator are studied. On the basis of the field-programmable gate array(FPGA) embedded system, direct digital synthesizer(DDS) and automatic gain controller(AGC) are used to generate the driving signals with precisely adjustable frequency and amplitude. The driving signals are used to excite the piezoelectric resonator to the working vibration mode. The influence of the connection of driving electrodes and voltage amplitude on the vibration of the resonator is studied. The quality factor and vibration linearity of the resonator are studied with various driving methods mentioned in this paper. The resonator reaches resonant mode at 330 kHz by different driving methods.The relationship between resonant amplitude and driving signal amplitude is linear. The quality factor reaches over 150 by different driving methods. The results provide a theoretical reference for the efficient excitation of the piezoelectric resonator.  相似文献

Welding path planning can substitute for the manual teaching process of the robot and can promote the autonomous level of the robotic welding. A path planning method by visual servoing was presented, in which the optimal angle of charge-coupled device (CCD) camera was also planned. Aiming at planning two forms of kinked line seams, obtuse angle seam and right angle seam, a practicable solution was put forward. In this solution, the intersection of two adjacent straight segments is detected in each local seam image, and if intersection is found, theseam errors are calculated using the next straight segment. The experimental results show that kinked line seam can be well planned using this solution.  相似文献

In this paper, the kinematics and dynamics of an underwater quadruped walking robot were derived based on Kane dynamic equations. This methodology allows construction of the dynamic model simply and incrementally. The velocity and angular velocity components of an underwater quadruped walking robot were served as the generalized velocities. The forces which contribute to dynamics of an underwater quadruped walking robot were determined by Kane's approach. The equations of hydrodynamic forces of an underwater quadruped walking robot were deduced. Hydrodynamic coefficients were determined by experiments. The dynamic model was established by obtaining the generalized active forces and the generalized inertia forces. Numerical simulations of the walking behavior on underwater flat ground were implemented to verify the dynamic model of an underwater quadruped walking robot. Simulation results show that the dynamic model is correct.  相似文献

This paper proposes a general plan and coordination strategy for robot system. The state space for robot system is constructed according to the task requirement and system characteristic. Reachable state of the system is figured out by the system’s internal and external constraints. Task plan and coordination are then transformed as trajectory solving problem in the state space, by which the realizable conditions for the given task are discussed. If the task is realizable, the optimal strategy for task execution could be investigated and obtained in state space. Otherwise, it could be transformed to be realizable via adjusting the system configuration and/or task constraint, and the transformation condition could also be determined. This contributes to design, plan, and coordination of the robotic tasks. Experiments of the manipulator path planning and multi-robot formation movement are conducted to show the validity and generalization of the proposed method. The 3D model of flapping wing mechanism and veins is constructed in 3D computer aided design (CAD) software UG. Then the co-simulation model is established by using multibody dynamics software ADAMS and MATLAB. The validation of this co-simulation model is verified by comparing the simulation results with final experiments. The simulation results and experiments reveal that the relation between flapping frequency and driving voltage of motor is approximately linear under various wingspans. The variance of flapping frequency among different wingspans augments gradually with increasing voltage. Furthermore, the simulation results sug-gest that flapping frequency is sensitive to wingspan and decreases with increasing wingspan of veins, and the relation between flapping frequency and moment of inertia of veins is also approximately linear for various volt-ages.  相似文献
