由于上流式氧污泥床(UASB)内发生的反应主要属于化学过程的生物过程,因此UASB反应器内壁极易发生腐蚀,从而影响反应效果,降低设备使用寿命,增加维护费用。在分析上流式厌氧污泥床反应器的结构与工艺对腐蚀的作用的基础上,讨论了腐蚀机理,提出了应在改进防腐设计、采用耐腐蚀和对设备进行防腐处理等3个方面采取措施,从而防止UASB反应器内的腐蚀现象。  相似文献

采用高温上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器降解苯酚废水,研究利用中温颗粒污泥启动高温UASB反应器的可行性,研究UASB反应器降解苯酚的极限浓度。试验结果证明,当HRT为20小时时,UASB反应器可以降解的苯酚浓度高达5500mgCOD/L,容积负荷为6.6gCOD/(L.d),苯酚去除率达到90.3%。  相似文献

Kinetics of municipal sewage degradation in Expanded Granular Sludge Bed (EGSB) and Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactors at 10℃ were investigated via continuous experimental equipments. The results indicated that the whole reaction process can be simulated by the first-order dynamic equation model. Dynamic parameters such as k, Vmax and Ks of UASB in hydrolysis acidification stage were 1.08 d-1, 2.8 d-1 and 372 mg/L comparing to those of 1.18 d-1, 3.5 d-1 and 112 mg/L in the methanogenesis stage respectively. The EGSB's k, Vmax and Ks were 2.91 d-1, 14.3 d-1 and 470 mg/L in the hydrolysis acidification stage comparing to those of 1.68 d-1, 6.6 d-1 and 103 mg/L in the methanogenesis stage respectively. Comparison of k values of the two stages in UASB and EGSB indicates that hydrolysis acidification stage is the controlling step for the whole reaction process of UASB, while methanogenesis stage is the controlling step in EGSB. Compared with UASB, municipal sewage treatment by EGSB at 10 ℃ can reach the same effluent requirement with lower retention time due to its effluent recirculation.  相似文献

随着集装箱港站铁水联运作业量增大,以及节能减排压力与日俱增,实现港站作业设备的高效调度和低能源消耗间的协同优化将是亟待解决的问题.本文研究了集装箱铁水联运港站中多设备间的高能效协同调度问题,基于混合流水车间调度(HFSS)思想,构建了综合考虑岸桥、集卡、正面吊三阶段装卸过程的协同调度模型,以总完成时间最短和能耗最低为目标,设计了基于遗传算法和模拟退火的混合优化算法.通过实验验证了模型和算法的可行性,证明可以实现高能效利用下的港站设备协同调度优化.  相似文献

The back-propagation neural network(BPNN) is a well-known multi-layer feed-forward neural network which is trained by the error reverse propagation algorithm. It is very suitable for the complex of short-term traffic flow forecasting; however, BPNN is easy to fall into local optimum and slow convergence. In order to overcome these deficiencies, a new approach called social emotion optimization algorithm(SEOA) is proposed in this paper to optimize the linked weights and thresholds of BPNN. Each individual in SEOA represents a BPNN. The availability of the proposed forecasting models is proved with the actual traffic flow data of the 2 nd Ring Road of Beijing. Experiment of results show that the forecasting accuracy of SEOA is improved obviously as compared with the accuracy of particle swarm optimization back-propagation(PSOBP) and simulated annealing particle swarm optimization back-propagation(SAPSOBP) models. Furthermore, since SEOA does not respond to the negative feedback information, Metropolis rule is proposed to give consideration to both positive and negative feedback information and diversify the adjustment methods. The modified BPNN model, in comparison with social emotion optimization back-propagation(SEOBP) model, is more advantageous to search the global optimal solution. The accuracy of Metropolis rule social emotion optimization back-propagation(MRSEOBP) model is improved about 19.54% as compared with that of SEOBP model in predicting the dramatically changing data.  相似文献

为解决混合交通流的不确定需求,合理描述不确定参数用以信号配时优化,本文提出交叉口信号控制配时参数区间优化模型。首先,以高峰时段5min采集标段数据,构造交通量区间,修正Highway Capacity Manual 2010(HCM2010)饱和流率计算公式,估计混合交通饱和流率区间;其次,构建信号配时参数区间非线性多目标规划模型,并以交叉口服务水平为性能目标,利用区间序关系与区间可能度模型进行转换,采用多层嵌套遗传算法求解;最后,以北京市道路等级相差较大的两相位与三相位交叉路口高峰时段数据为例,验证信号配时区间优化模型,并运用 VISSIM软件进行仿真比较。结果表明:本文所建模型可行、有效,且考虑饱和流率区间的信号配 时区间优化模型更适合于关键相位饱和流率波动较大的两相位信号交叉口,机动车平均延误和交叉口通行能力较Webster方法分别优化了35.9%和14.9%。  相似文献

为应对日趋严重的地铁系统拥堵问题及客流过饱和情况,从系统优化角度出发,将服务供给侧与需求侧综合为一个整体进行研究。考虑乘客的持续性到达特征,提出考虑跳停策略的城轨列车运行图与车站限流协同优化方法。首先,引入列车运行图与车站限流相关决策变量,以提高列车运行效率、减少客流乘车延误人数为优化目标,建立轨道交通列车运行与车站限流协同优化双目标整数非线性规划模型。其次,为便于模型求解,引入0-1变量,使用时间重构和大M方法将模型中的非线性约束线性化处理,将模型重构为整数线性规划模型,利用CPLEX软件求解。算例结果表明,双目标优化方法与传统单目标优化方法相比,相较于仅考虑列车服务时间,本文模型可使客流乘车延误人数显著减少;相较于仅考虑客流乘车延误人数,本文方法可使列车服务时间降低2%~3%。  相似文献

为解决传统车队离散模型基于概率分布假设和现有交通流预测时间粒度过大不能应用于自适应信号配时优化等问题.在车队离散模型的建模思路上,先分析了下游交叉口车辆到达与上游交叉口车辆离去之间的关系,基于此构建了基于神经网络的小时间粒度交通流预测模型.该模型以上游交叉口离去流量分布为输入,下游交叉口到达流量分布为输出,时间粒度为5 s.最后,通过实际调查数据标定模型参数并应用模型预测下游交叉口到达流量.结果表明,与Robertson模型相比,本文模型预测结果能够更好地反映交通流的变化特征,平均预测误差减少了8.3%.成果可用于信号配时优化.  相似文献
