城际公交的“聊城模式”——山东省聊城市交通局客运处副处长汤之泉答本刊记者问

自2006年郑开城际公交开通以来，各地都在摸索适合本地区发展的城际公交发展模式，山东省聊城市结合地区实际，走出了城际公交的“聊城模式”。近日，本刊记者采访到了倡导并分管聊城城际公交的聊城市交通局客运处副处长汤之泉，作为“聊城模式”的亲力亲为者，他更倾向于将“聊城模式”的城际公交定义为长途客运。

文章从城际出行特征出发,对城市群内部城际公交的层级结构和功能特点进行探讨,最终提出适应区域公交一体化发展背景的城际公交一体化发展模式。

河南第二条城际公交将通8月28日,在借鉴郑开城际公交开通经验的基础上,河南省第二条城际公交——郑州至新乡城际公交计划于今年10月左右开通,中原城市群城际公共交通网络建设又前进了一步。     

促进都市圈城际公交可持续发展的对策研究

在区域一体化背景下，城际公交这种介于公路客运与城市公交的交通方式得到了快速发展，并逐渐成为都市圈培育发展阶段连接中的重要纽带。本文通过分析都市圈城际公交发展现状及存在的问题，借鉴国际经验，从身份界定、财政支持、运营治理及监督机制等方面提出对策建议，为推动我国都市圈城际公交可持续发展提供了有利参考。

在道路运输的教科书中，没有“城际公交”这个名词。随着城市与城市间加大交往，同城化趋势逐渐显现，“城际公交”悄然兴起。然而，由于受到相关因素制约，“城际公交”发展并不顺利。但在2009年，“城际公交”却有复苏的迹象。     

京津打造城际列车“样板”

作为广义上的城际公交，京津城际高铁的发展为中、短途客运公交化打造了“样板”。而京津城际高铁的发展。在拉动同城化、形成城市圈的同时，其自身发展的现状也为更多的城市与城市之间的交通出行提供了借鉴和思考     

跨地区毗邻城市城际公交发展对策

随着各地区交通一体化的发展以及运输方式的不断创新,跨地区毗邻城市之间现有的客运方式逐渐不能满足百姓多样化的出行需求,一种新的运输方式即跨地区城际公交逐渐兴起,本文就是在对跨地区城际公交的现状及问题进行分析的基础上,提出了跨地区城际公交的发展原则,并进一步提出了未来发展的对策和建议。

十堰至襄阳城际公交正式开通1月18日上午,湖北十堰市亨运集团十堰至襄阳城际公交开通仪式在高速客运站正式举行。其运营车辆全部更换为崭新的青年尼奥普兰客车,并实行公车公营。和原有车辆相比,这批客车档次得到了提升,安全系数更高,乘客乘坐更舒适。市运管局有关人士介绍,十襄城际公交的开通,将促进十堰和襄阳之间的交流,方便两城之间乘客出行。     

城市客运

郑许、郑焦城际公交相继开通 2009年12月18日，郑州市交通局、郑州市交运集团联合召开新闻发布会，宣布郑州至许昌、郑州至焦作城际公交开通。这是继郑开、郑新城际公交取得显著的社会效益后，河南城际公交再添的“新丁”。

排水泵站计算机优化控制策略的应用

国内许多城市的合流制排水泵站存在着由于季节和气候变化所引起的污水量及变化速率的不同,采用手动控制和一般的自动控制常常造成水泵机组的频繁启动与停止.采用水泵机组微机控制优化方案可以解决合流制排水泵站频繁启停泵的问题.文中给出了系统的硬件结构及程序框图.

大倾角斜井有轨运输设备配置技术

大相岭隧道2#斜井是雅泸高速公路大相岭特长隧道的运营专用通风巷道,具有斜距长、坡度大、地质情况复杂等特点,担负着正线隧道通风的繁重任务。文章着重介绍了大相岭隧道2#通风斜井左、右洞装碴、运输、提升等主要设备的配置方案及有轨运输系统(右洞四轨双道,左洞两轨单道)的安全保障设施。在保证隧道安全和施工进度的前提下,此方案具有很强的实用性和可操作性,取得了良好的经济效益及社会效益。     

A decision support approach for condition-based maintenance of rails based on big data analysis

In this paper, a decision support approach is proposed for condition-based maintenance of rails relying on expert-based systems. The methodology takes into account both the actual conditions of the rails (using axle box acceleration measurements and rail video images) and the prior knowledge of the railway track. The approach provides an integrated estimation of the rail health conditions to support the maintenance decisions for a given time period. An expert-based system is defined to analyse interdependency between the prior knowledge of the track (defined by influential factors) and the surface defect measurements over the rail. When the rail health conditions is computed, the different track segments are prioritized, in order to facilitate grinding planning of those segments of rail that are prone to critical conditions. In this paper, real-life rail conditions measurements from the track Amersfoort-Weert in the Dutch railway network are used to show the benefits of the proposed methodology. The results support infrastructure managers to analyse the problems in their rail infrastructure and to efficiently perform a condition-based maintenance decision making.     

A hybrid model of fuzzy and AHP for handling public assessments on transportation projects

Having an effective public participation in transportation planning and project development processes has been a major concern for developed countries. In the United States, for instance, all state Departments of Transportation are subject to the Transportation Equity Act (TEA-21) that formally requires public involvement in transportation planning. Since transportation planning involves public resources and values, judgments by the public should play a key role in determining final decisions. Therefore, all these agencies are required not only to disseminate information to the public, but also to solicit and consider public opinion in forming transportation policy. This work presents a decision support model, with public involvement and public oversight, to help policy makers select appropriate transportation projects for implementation. Since focus groups will face multiple objectives and inexact information in the process, a hybrid model of fuzzy logic and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed. A set of ‘if–then’ rules based on Weber’s psycho-physical law of 1834 is presented to reason from fuzzy numbers to capture essential subjective preferences, pairwise, among the alternatives. The AHP is then incorporated to estimate preference allotments among alternatives. An example application of the suggested method is provided seeking public approval of an appropriate public bus transportation system choosing between one run by municipal authorities and one run by private agencies to show how this procedure works.

绿色交通理论是基于可持续发展理念而提出的交通领域的全新理念。本文在总结绿色交通发展历程的基础上,系统整理绿色交通理论体系的内涵。借鉴国内外绿色交通既有发展实践,提出我国绿色交通体系未来的发展方向。     

A multi-criteria evaluation of solutions and alternatives for matching capacity to demand in an airport system: the case of London

This paper applies multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods to the evaluation of solutions and alternatives for matching airport system airside (runway) capacity to demand. For such a purpose, ‘building a new runway’ is considered as the solution and candidate airports of the system as alternatives for implementing the solution. The alternative airports are characterized by their physical/spatial, operational, economic, environmental, and social performance represented by corresponding indicator systems which, after being defined and estimated under given operating scenarios, are used as evaluation attributes/criteria by the selected MCDM methods. Two MCDM methods – Simple Additive Weighting and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution – are applied to the case of the London airport system to rank and select the preferred alternative from three candidate airports – Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted – for where a new runway could be built.     

多泵并联管道中调节阀控制流量平衡系统的应用

通过调节阀控制多泵并联管道中各泵输出流量平衡是一种简便易行的流量平衡调节方式。文中对多泵并联管道中调节阀控制流量平衡的工作原理以及控制系统的组成等进行介绍,并结合陕西神渭输煤管道工程中实际应用情况,对调节阀的性能曲线进行校核标定,同时,在多泵并联条件下对调节阀控制流量平衡系统的设备配置和控制效果进行了介绍,最终建立了一套完善的流量平衡控制系统。
