肯尼亚拉姆港疏浚及吹填项目中吹填区须进行临时围埝施工。由于当地石料价格较高,陆地砂源少,因此只能通过大型绞吸挖泥船采用水下取砂的方式进行备砂。而施工区土质为黏土混砂,且含有大量贝壳,砂层较薄,取砂效率极低。为此,研制一种管线用滤砂装置,该装置可将砂与其他废土分离,并分别吹填至不同区域。该大型绞吸挖泥船黏土与砂混挖分离施工技术,解决了砂与黏土球及贝壳分离的难题,保证了砂袋充填砂的质量,提高了充填砂袋施工效率,大大降低了施工成本。  相似文献

在填海造地工程中需要通过吹填完成水下铺砂,以往的施工工艺在进行水下铺砂时容易造成水体污染,同时吹填区铺砂浓度与砂土粒径分布很不均匀。介绍一种环保的水下封闭扩散式铺砂装置,该装置根据水动力学原理设计,采用封闭的扩散式加内部导流板的结构形式,实现水下大面积高效率环保铺砂作业。该水下封闭扩散式水力铺砂装置由进口段、扩散段和内部导流板组成。采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,以清水为介质对铺砂装置内部流动进行数值模拟,分析不同导流板设置对铺砂装置流动特性、铺砂均匀度的影响。最终设计的水下铺砂装置具有施工环保、结构简单、单程铺砂面积大、铺砂效率高、铺砂均匀等优势。  相似文献

为了保证项目工期和控制吹填砂细颗粒含量小于20%,在开工前及施工过程中采用海上标准贯入实验SPT,并通过N值和室内筛分试验结果,对地层的土质类别及细颗粒含量等情况进行研究。同时,通过现场挖泥船实际吹填效率分析,得到实际疏浚吹填中SPT标准贯击数与不同类型挖泥船的挖掘能力的关系:当N值大于30时,现场7025型绞吸船较难开挖,需引入大型绞吸船或耙吸船开挖。相同土质耙吸船吹填料的细颗粒含量远远低于绞吸船。因此,根据SPT钻孔资料合理安排施工船舶和施工工艺,对项目顺利实施、节约成本具有重大意义。  相似文献

曹妃甸围海造陆吹填工程土质具有颗粒细、吹距长等特点,绞吸船产能较低,为提高绞吸船施工产能、降低施工成本,采用对绞吸船挖掘和输送分析、泥泵气蚀点分析等方法研究绞吸船施工,优化其施工工艺。优化后的施工工艺使曹妃甸围海造陆吹填工程绞吸船施工产能提高了15%,节约施工成本的同时也缩短了工期。  相似文献

吹填造地工程施工一般都需要先行修筑围堰再进行吹填,通常按设计要求这些围堰要么采用抛石砌筑的方法进行施工,要么采用砂包填筑,如果设计吹填区本来就在水域的,那么较之陆域吹填区,这些围堰施工工艺将会复杂得多,材料运输费用也将较陆域吹填工程高。针对水域吹填区围堰施工特点,介绍水下砂枕施工方法的应用。该施工方法既能加快施工进度且质量可靠、结构稳定、节约资源,因此有明显的经济效益和社会效益。  相似文献

随着行业市场不断的发展,吹填工艺已逐步开始往两端延伸,即往大型化长距离与小型化短距离吹填工艺方向发展,而小型化长距离吹填工艺较为少见。目前,国内长距离吹填工艺已开始应用,但多为大型绞吸船直接吹填I类土的工艺。当施工水域狭小、水深不足、大型绞吸船远距离吹填工艺受到限制时,小型绞吸船长距离吹填工艺的发展应用显得尤为重要。以东山县八尺门海堤贯通工程(退堤还海)清淤工程拼装式小型绞吸船远距离多级接力泵送吹填工艺的实际应用,为类似远距离吹填施工提供参考借鉴。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
