为了提高大型集装箱船冷藏集装箱配电的连续性和系统冗余性,以国内某首制2万箱级超大型集装箱船为研究对象,创新性地提出了一种分区配电网络的设计方案.该方案根据其设计理念、网络构成、各节点设备配置情况,在船舶电站配电系统搭建时,最大限度地降低因船内局部供电中断导致大量冷藏集装箱不能正常工作的风险;同时针对馈电屏内断路器的框架值决定这一电气设计难点,结合正态分布数学模型,使得单路断路器能在99.9%以上的场合为所有冷藏集装箱提供电力,实现合理选型.通过船东实船营运验证了该设计方案的实用性及可靠性. 相似文献

Given a fleet of container ships of varying capacity, a cost-efficient approach for improving fleet utilization and reducing the number of delayed containers is to optimize the sequence of container ships in a given string, a problem which belongs to the large ship-deployment class. A string sequence with ‘uniformly’ distributed ship capacity is more likely to accommodate a random container shipment demand. The number of one’s total ship slots acts as a gauge of the capacity of the container ships. Meanwhile, there are two types of ship slots: dry slots and reefer slots. A dry slot only accommodates a dry container, while a reefer slot can accommodate either a dry or a reefer container. The numbers of dry and reefer slots for ships in a string are different. Therefore, in this study, we propose a model that considers both dry and reefer slots and use it to elucidate the optimal ship-deployment sequence. The objective is to minimize the delay of dry and reefer containers when the demand is uncertain. Furthermore, based on the optimal sequence deduced, the study also investigates the need to convert some dry slots to reefer slots for the container ships. 相似文献

During the last 20 years, the reefer shipping sector has been characterised by a gradual changing process, leading from specialised vessels to reefer containers. In fact, the reefer bulk fleet has experienced an irreversible decline, while the reefer container fleet has shown a continuous growth. This article investigates the current major factors shaping the reefer shipping industry, in order to understand the economic drivers inducing competition between bulk and containers. Therefore, a twofold analysis has been performed. First, an overview of the reefer market, including the cold chain, the demand for refrigerated products and the supply of reefer capacity given both by containership fleet and by conventional reefer fleet. Second, a specific case of the banana trade has been carried out for evaluating the revenues of each player involved in the banana cold chain followed by a cost analysis. 通过检索中国专利库,找到冷藏集装箱的全部539个中国专利申请,研究分析其中涉及船用的142个发明专利申请和5个实用新型专利的申请,分别设计并提出专利权人分析、设计并提出专利指数D1、D2、D3、D4和TD1专利时域分析、FD专利频域指数分析、TD2专利时域趋势分析,推导出了船用冷藏集装箱发明时域图,并且分析了重点专利个案。分析发现目前我国在船用冷藏集装箱行业在单一创新和融合创新情况下的存在的机遇与挑战,结合这些分析和对未来发展趋势的预估,提出了一种船用冷藏集装箱集群外部测控的设计思路。 相似文献
