海港核电大件码头作为核电厂大件设备的运输路线的重要一环,对核电厂建设运营意义重大,以解决该厂的重大件设备和营运期间所需物资的运输难题。大件码头的选址建设不能只考虑平面布置、装卸工艺、运输路线等技术要点的影响,同时应从建设投资、港区发展、运营成本等方面进行分析。本文依托实际工程案例,对比某核电厂大件码头的2个选址方案,从上述影响因素对码头选址决策进行了分析。  相似文献

海运在内的多模式联运体系是未来乏燃料外运的发展方向。我国滨海核电厂在初期就规划、设计和建设了用于运输核电厂大件设备的码头,多模式联运体系可利用核电码头转运乏燃料。为满足乏燃料转运需要,经调研和分析,结合船舶靠离泊等条件进行综合评价,梳理出核电码头的改造内容。结果表明,各核电业主应聚焦核材料实物保护、船舶靠离泊条件、货包接卸工艺等方面,围绕码头平面尺度及结构、作业工艺、辅助生产设施和管理体系等内容开展核电大件码头的改造工作,以确保未来乏燃料能够及时外运。  相似文献

随着大件滚装船舶大型化,大件滚装码头丁靠平面布置已不能满足当前发展需求,为此提出"L"型码头平面布置形式,该平面布置形式国内使用较少。针对该类码头平面设计特点,通过对某码头设计遇到的运输设备选择、平面运输仿真模拟、码头高程确定等分析论证,认为"L"型平面布置可适用于大中型大件滚装码头设计,相关经验可供设计借鉴。  相似文献

采用贴体正交坐标系下的平面二维水流数学模型,分析了九龙坡大件码头改扩建工程的通航条件。经实测河段的实测水面线、水流流速分布验证,该模型可以较好地模拟复杂的河道边界条件下的水流情况,从而可预测河道的水流流场。重庆港九龙坡滩脑壳大件码头工程于2001年2月建成竣工投产,该项目的建设满足了三峡工程大型变压器的运输要求且为重庆地区大件运输发挥着主要作用。码头后方经过加高后,后方堆场高程达到177.83m。大件码头下游约120m岸线范围为  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
