针对船用胎架尚未实现与现有造船集成制造系统数据的自动化对接和自动调节的问题,在传统胎架的基础上进行柔性胎架设计。运用图形学中常用的非均匀B样条,根据船舶型值表,利用MATLAB仿真重构船舶曲面外板,反算控制顶点,估算曲面曲率,将初始化船舶外板拟合曲面数据导入数据处理系统,换算为每个胎架的坐标,结合胎架实际受力情况调整胎架位置和高度,可提高船舶胎架的利用率、造船效率、分段装配和焊接精度。  相似文献

胎架作为船舶分段建造变形控制的重要工装,但不具有联合调控与自适应控制能力,无法快速响应分段建造质量问题,为此本文提出基于模糊PID控制的船用胎架高度联控方法.首先,基于船舶分段拟合曲面建立胎架高度补偿模型,为胎架的自适应调控提供依据;其次,基于分段变形范围和受压载荷构建胎架间关联机制,达到胎架系统的动态联调;然后,利用模糊PID控制算法实现胎架高度的自适应调控,达到抑制分段外板变形的目的;最后,通过智能胎架系统对本方法进行验证分析,并与常规PID对比分析,表明本文方法具有较好的稳定性.  相似文献

为解决船舶分段建造过程中工艺数据实时采集与应用方面的问题,以胎架工艺装备为载体,构建一套面向船舶分段胎架管理的物联网系统。该系统由数据获取层、数据传输层和数据管理层构成,其中:数据获取层由传感器设备实现数据采集;数据传输层由ZigBee无线网络保证采集的数据实时传输;数据管理层由开发的分段建造工艺系统支撑,为胎架管理提供数据基础。试验结果表明:该系统能有效采集、传输、分析和存储船舶分段建造过程中的工艺数据,并通过系统软件对胎架进行远程控制。相比传统的分段建造模式,该方法能极大地提高工艺数据采集与胎架管理水平,为后续船舶智能制造模式的发展提供参考。  相似文献

在前期研制的新型数控活络头通用胎架基础上,针对该胎架在大曲度曲面分段制造时行程及转场便捷性不足的问题,提出一种模块化柔性装置。该装置由连接机构、框架平台、支撑调节模块和移动机构组成,在不改变原数控活络头胎架支柱规格的前提下,可提高胎架的调节范围,而且其通用性和灵活性更佳,适合各种曲面分段的建造。  相似文献

双斜切分段一直是船体建造精度控制的难点,其曲型外板曲度变化较大,胎架布置方式与船体坐标成一个空间上的夹角,给精度测量和数据分析造成了困难。通过分析其建造难点,提出了提高胎架制作精度的方法。结合软件操作,完善施工图纸信息,提出部件快速定位的方法。制作了简易测量工装,提出结构角度的测量方法。通过实际施工证明,以上方法的实施可以快速有效的提高双斜切分段的建造精度。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
