近些年来,在我国经济的不断推动下,海洋工程得到了飞速的发展,海洋深水项目不断增大,对于导管架的需求量也在不断的增大。其中,深水导管架封隔器作为导管架的重要附件之一,其安装工艺和水平对于与导管架在海洋工程中的应用水平有着直接的关系。因此,本文针对深水导管架封隔器的应用范围及其安装工艺进行分析和探讨,希望能够为今后我国海洋工程中的大型导管架的应用和安装提供参考,也为今后我国海洋工程的进一步发展提供助力。  相似文献

导管架滑移下水是安装重型导管架的一种常见的方式,20世纪70年代初国外已开始在海上实施导管架的滑移下水,80年代初,有关导管架滑移下水的数值模拟分析和安装技术已趋于成熟.随着我国对海上深水油田的进一步开发,吸收国外的先进经验,掌握这方面的分析技术并应用于我国深水开发工程上的需要尤为紧迫.在参阅OTC论文、国外的相关出版物和规范的基础上,对导管架滑移下水过程的分析方法和设计方法进行了论述,并结合一个工程算例加以分析,算例中使用的软件为MOSES.  相似文献

深水导管架在海上浮托施工设计中存在高撞击力,撞击力幅值过大会使某些关键杆件产生超应力,导致局部节点产生低周疲劳,给导管架的使用寿命带来不利影响。对此,介绍深水导管架浮托法安装过程中的疲劳损伤计算方法,涉及边界条件的处理和拖船、上部模块及导管架之间载荷传递的模拟,结构响应计算,节点疲劳估算等。应用不同的S-N曲线,分别考虑高周和低周疲劳,计算某导管架上部模块在安装组对阶段其桩腿与上部模块对接位置的疲劳损伤。对计算结果显示的薄弱位置进行加强,从而为浮托安装作业提供技术指导和安全保障。  相似文献

随着海上风电建设逐步向深水化、大型化方向发展,导管架基础将越来越受到行业的关注。文章以导管架桩头的受力情况作为评价标准,对导管架的结构进行参数敏感性分析。选择导管架弦杆斜度、层高、平台跨距3个参数为关键设计变量,探究了各变量在给定范围变化时,对桩头受力的影响,并对比了三者的影响程度,证实导管架弦杆斜度对桩头受力影响最大,平台跨距次之,层高最低,由此给出了导管架尺寸优化设计建议。  相似文献

Subsea flowline jumper (FJ) is basic connection component for the wet oil tree, the subsea pipeline and the riser base, playing an irreplaceable role in the subsea production system. During the installation of FJ, collisions often happen between FJ and other equipment, which may cause serious damage. Besides, as the operating water depth increases, the demand for the installation equipments like the crane and winch will increase. The research of deepwater FJ installation in China is still in the primary stage, so an installation method for deepwater FJ is proposed in this paper. Finite element models of a typical M-shape FJ installation system were built to simulate the installation procedures. Analysis results showed that the installation steps designed for the FJ are feasible and valid for deepwater FJ. In order to ensure the safety of the installation process, the collision-sensitive analysis for the FJ was conducted, and results show that it is necessary to set the pick up speed at a proper value, in order to avoid collision in installation process. Besides, the mechanical characteristics of FJ during the installation were investigated under a range of environmental conditions and it was found that the maximum stress of the FJ always happens at its central position. The basic requirements for the installation equipment were also obtained through the analysis of the main installation steps.  相似文献

随着水深的增加引起外部压力的增大和脐带缆的重量相应增加,且由于海洋环境载荷和浮体的运动引起复杂的动力特性使得脐带缆的受力复杂,其安全性受到很大的挑战,故深水安装是脐带缆的关键问题之一。文章详细分析了安装过程中不同浮力块的布置方式(不同尺寸,长度和布置位置)和波浪与流的方向对脐带缆的影响。利用悬链线方程构建自由悬挂的脐带缆的模型,然后施加浮力与环境载荷得到动态脐带缆的安装模型。通过对比分析表明,浮力块的布置方案和波浪与流的方向对脐带缆的安装都有很大的影响,上述这些参数在安装中需要给予重视。  相似文献

To meet the increasing applications of the deepwater steel lazy-wave riser (SLWR), the riser abandonment and recovery (A&R) is a great challenge for SLWR installation and its mechanical analysis is necessary and significant. This paper is focused on the abandonment and recovery process which is of great importance to the installation feasibility and analysis. A comprehensive mechanical model based on the nonlinear large deformation beam theory for simulating the deepwater SLWR is proposed. And a simple and suitable model for analyzing the A&R cable is developed. The presented model with detailed boundary conditions is able to deal with three different A&R methods. Numerical analysis is conducted by the finite difference method to investigate the riser configurations and somev important mechanical parameters of the pipeline and cable which exert influences on the riser's performance and the A&R cable's requirement. Parametric comparison study is conducted to analyze the advantage of different method. The proposed model can help on development of deepwater SLWR A&R design and analysis.  相似文献
