文章对我国华南某服役12年的跨海大桥混凝土结构开展了调查分析,调查结果表明:外观质量总体良好,但箱梁湿接头、主塔承台等因受温度应力等影响开裂较普遍;碳化作用对海洋环境下混凝土结构耐久性的影响较小;受早期海水侵蚀、防腐涂装时间晚的影响,结构中具有一定深度的氯离子侵蚀,受潮差影响的现浇构件宜加强早期混凝土养护及表面防护作业;混凝土表面涂层对结构耐久性起到良好防护作用。  相似文献

试验研究了矿物掺合料(不同掺量下单掺粉煤灰、矿渣或硅粉)、表面涂层材料(环氧树脂或聚合物水泥基防水材料)以及两者共同作用对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀能力的影响。研究结果表明:矿物掺合料和表面涂层材料均可显著地提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力;矿物掺合料的改善效果随着掺量的增加而增加,改善能力为硅粉>矿渣>粉煤灰;环氧树脂的作用效果比聚合物水泥基防水材料更明显;矿物掺合料与表面涂层结合使用效果更优。对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的作用机理分析表明:矿物掺合料的火山灰效应、填充效应和对氯离子的初始固化能力是改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能的三个重要因素。  相似文献

结构易发生由氯盐侵蚀引发的钢筋腐蚀、保护层开裂等耐久性问题,硅烷浸渍技术通过在混凝土表面形成疏水结构能够有效降低氯离子在混凝土中扩散深度,从而延长结构物服役寿命。但是,现有研究大部分是基于室内加速试验或短期野外暴露试验,对于华南滨海实况环境下硅烷浸渍混凝土长期防腐性能缺乏报道。采用吸水率测试、腐蚀电化学等方法系统研究华南滨海某硅烷浸渍混凝土结构工程服役12 a的防腐性能。结果显示:硅烷浸渍混凝土在服役期内外观致密、完整,表面疏水能力随服役龄期延长而略有下降;硅烷浸渍疏水层能够降低混凝土中氯离子侵蚀速度而使钢筋长期保持强钝化状态,可延长混凝土结构耐久性服役寿命。  相似文献

对锰铜合金螺旋桨表现热涂涂层的性能进行了试验,并对采用热喷涂涂层防止螺旋桨腐蚀的可行性进行了研究。试验结果表明:采用高速氧燃料喷涂技术形成的Cu95超涂层人有优良的耐空蚀,耐海水腐蚀性能,可作为锰铜系合金螺旋桨表面的防腐涂层。  相似文献

1991年底连云港港务局对庙岭煤码头采用环氧沥青漆防腐的效果进行调查。检测结果证明:该漆对海域中的水工建筑物具有良好的抗老化性能、能有效地阻止海港码头混凝土碳化及减少海水和海洋大气中的氯离子进入混凝土中,苦能改善其抗风化性能,则将会更有效地保护海洋环境中的水工建筑物。  相似文献

辽河特大桥为主跨436 m的双塔双索面斜拉桥,位于辽河入海口处。该项目混凝土结构耐久性不但要考虑海水及淡水双重腐蚀,还要考虑冻融损伤对耐久性的影响,因此,对混凝土结构耐久性有非常高的要求。结合工程实例,重点介绍高性能混凝土、外加电流阴极保护、防腐涂层等提高混凝土耐久性措施在本桥混凝土中的应用。  相似文献

通过时近20年来应用于海港码头和跨海大桥混凝土采用涂层防腐蚀工程实例,按照工程应用的相同涂层配套.制作混凝土涂层试件于华南海港码头工程材料暴露试验站浪溅区进行长期暴露试验,以验证各种涂层配套在海洋环境中的防腐蚀性能。暴露试验结果表明:在海洋环境中的混凝土涂层能够有效抵抗氯离子、二氧化碳等有害介质对混凝土的侵入作用,混凝土涂层能够有效延长海工混凝土结构的使用寿命。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
