全自动集装箱堆垛机(ASC)大车定位的精度和速度,在很大程度上影响着堆场作业的效率及安全。针对自动化集装箱码头ASC大车自动定位问题,分析比较磁钉定位、格雷母线定位、激光测距定位、BPS定位、DGPS定位5种定位技术的原理和特点。结合青岛港自动化集装箱码头实例,综合考虑堆场布置、资金成本、大车运行速度等因素,提出了定位精确、反应迅速、可靠性高的磁钉+旋转编码器定位方法。  相似文献

近年来,随着自动化技术不断发展及自动化集装箱码头的兴起,自动化轨道吊成为各大集装箱码头堆场的主要装卸设备.在自动化轨道吊作业过程中,大车位置校验精度直接影响整个集装箱堆场作业安全和效率.常规轨道吊采用绝对值编码器检测大车位置,其精度较差,不能满足自动化集装箱堆场作业需求.针对自动化轨道吊大车运行距离较长、海陆侧跨距较大、堆场轨道不平等作业特点,可采用Flag板定位系统校验大车位置,从而提高大车定位精度.本文结合广州港股份有限公司南沙集装箱码头分公司(以下简称"南沙三期码头")自动化升级改造项目特点,采用Flag板定位系统对自动化轨道吊大车位置进行冗余校正,并分析自动化轨道吊大车Flag板定位系统的常见故障及解决方案,以期为其他码头自动化升级改造提供参考.  相似文献

集装箱码头进入了智慧港口的新时代。大型装卸设备的自动化升级改造已成为智慧港口建设的重要内容,轮胎式集装箱场桥(RTG)作为堆场作业的主力装卸设备,其自动化改造是传统人工堆场向自动化堆场升级的重要工作。RTG的自动化改造过程中,设备定位尤其是大车厘米级精准定位是实现自动化作业的保证和关键技术之一。本文通过对GPS在码头应用上的分析,结合实际案例的展示,对GPS定位技术在RTG自动化改造中相关应用进行探索,旨在为GPS定位技术在港口设备自动化建设改造中的应用推广提供启发和参考。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
