舰船装备的设计研究中越来越多地引入顶层设计的概念。但长期以来,在舰船装备发展过程中,对于顶层设计的内涵和任务并不十分明确。本文根据未来舰船装备体系和新型舰船装备发展的需求,分析军事需求变化与舰船装备顶层规划之间的联系,研究舰船装备总体工程和舰船装备系统工程的内在规律、彼此之间相互作用相互依赖的关系,对现代舰船装备研制过程中涉及的各方面问题进行系统工程分析,讨论舰船装备研制中顶层设计的目的、意义、基本概念和主要内容,提出舰船装备研制中的顶层设计应针对不同对象,给出了舰船装备发展战略和型号系统顶层设计的不同内容和基本过程。研究结果为在舰船研制中正确运用顶层设计提供了依据。 相似文献

舰船装备的信息化保障是部队战斗力的重要因素之一。传统的装备维修保障方式已无法满足部队信息化建设的要求,通过交互式电子技术的运用,建立实时交互的舰船装备管理平台,可提高装备维修保障信息化管理的水平和效率。针对舰船装备发展趋势及维修管理的要求,采用VB软件和Access数据库编制了某型舰船装备交互式电子技术手册。通过该手册,可方便快捷地浏览、查询、添加和删除设备的三维模型、工程图、故障案例和维修标准等信息。手册的应用极大的促进了舰船装备的信息化管理水平,具有广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

舰载飞机发动机尾流场数值模拟 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为了解舰载机在飞行甲板起飞时发动机尾喷流被喷气偏流板偏转后的流场分布情况,以国外某型舰载机和喷气偏流板为研究对象,采用三维雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程、[k-ε]湍流模型和离散坐标模型(DO模型),借助计算流体动力学(CFD)技术对该舰载机起飞时的尾流场进行了三维数值模拟,空间上采用二阶迎风格式进行耦合求解,时间上采用显式Runge-Kutta方法进行迭代推进,直至流场收敛。结果表明:喷气偏流板对尾流场起到了很好的偏转作用,尾喷流对喷气偏流板背部区域的设备和人员几乎没有影响;尾流场中的高温高压气流主要分布在喷气偏流板与喷口之间的区域,在起飞作业过程中,舰面工作人员和设施要避免进入该区域。所得结果从理论上证明了该喷气偏流板的设计方案能满足舰载机起飞的需求。 相似文献

利用 Ansys/LS-DYNA 动力分析软件模拟大型水面舰船在舱室内部爆炸情况下船体结构的加速度响应情况。炸药及空气采用欧拉网格,船体结构采用拉格朗日网格,计算采用多物质ALE算法。数值模拟中对爆炸环境进行简化,以附连水质量代替水线面下方水介质对船体结构的影响。将不同尺寸网格计算出的冲击波载荷曲线与经典经验公式对比,得到数值仿真的合理网格尺寸。采用简化模型讨论2种边界约束条件对各层平台加速度峰值响应的影响,得到较为合适的约束条件。计算得到沿船长方向船体结构加速度分布并与实验结果相比较,数值仿真计算得到的加速度峰值与实验数据较为吻合,表明仿真中对于空爆载荷及约束条件等冲击环境的模拟合理。 相似文献

Gas explosions generally cause catastrophic damage to surrounding structures and humans. The application of blast wall can effectively prevent the damage. The uniform explosion load is widely used in assessing structural response, but it cannot represent the non-uniform characteristic of actual explosion pressures. The main contents of this paper are to study the effect of gas cloud characteristics on explosion pressure distribution, and analyze the effect of non-uniform loads on structural responses. The results reveal that the explosion loads have strongly spatial inhomogeneous when explosion scenarios have large sized cloud or long combustion distance. By establishing the overpressure-probability exceedance curves for uniform loading method and distributed loading method, based on the given accident frequency several design loads are determined. The structural responses of blast wall under design loads are assessed based on explosion evaluation acceptance criteria. It can be seen that the use of uniform loading method underestimates the structural response and misjudges the deformation pattern compared to actual explosion loads. Global and local explosion pressures should be considered simultaneously in the design specification. The overpressure-probability exceedance curves for non-uniform explosion pressures are recommended to establish the design load for blast wall. 相似文献

The factors to consider in selecting which vessels to board for port state control (PSC) inspections are crucial. This paper tries to identify these factors using 4080 reported PSC inspections from the Swedish Maritime Administration for the period 1996-2001. It relies on count data models and compares results from the Poisson, negative binomial, random effect and random parameters models. The results suggest that three factors are the main determinants of the number of reported deficiencies: the age at inspection, the flag of registry and the type of ships. Conversely, the year when the inspection occurs does not seem to be a significant factor. Estimations also stress that the relationship between the age at inspection and the number of deficiencies detected is not similar for different vessel types. For instance, the number of deficiencies detected decreases for chemical carriers and Ro-Ro passenger vessels older than 25 and 22 years old, while for instance the effect is rather small for tanker and bulk carriers and only occurs when vessels are older than 35 years. 相似文献
