新型霍加拉特催化剂催化燃烧性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文选用CO、H2、苯、正庚烷作为单一代表物实验,选用苯-正庚烷作为联合代表物实验,考察了氟利昂(R12、R22、R134a)在两种催化剂上的分解情况。实验结果表明:1号和2号催化剂随着温度的升高,催化活性逐渐升高,且在260qC〉7,下都能够有效消除各种有害气体;1号催化剂的催化活性和抗湿性能优于2号催化剂;苯对正庚烷的消除起促进作用,而正庚烷抑制苯的消除;在315℃,R12、R22、R134a在1号催化剂上的分解率高于2号催化剂;在260℃时,R12在1号和2号催化剂上的分解率分别降到了18.7%和1%,R134a的分解率降到了2%,而R22分解率降低较少。  相似文献

以苯、正庚烷作为VOCs代表物质,较详尽地考察了各种吸附条件对活性碳纤维ACF吸附性能的影响,并进行了竞争吸附和ACF多次吸脱附实验.结果表明,正庚烷比苯易吸附;吸附质浓度越高,吸附时间越短;相对湿度越大和空速越高,吸附时间越短;吸附管材质影响吸附效果,不锈钢管有利于吸附;12次吸脱附后ACF吸附性能未见下降.  相似文献

本文以苯、正庚烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、氟利昂22(F22)作为VOCs代表物质,考察了不同碳材料对VOCs的吸附能力。试验结果表明:不同碳材料对苯、正庚烷、1,2-二氯乙烷的吸附呈现出相似规律。在相同的吸附条件下,吸附能力是球形活性炭>常规活性碳>改性活性碳纤维>活性炭纤维,同一种碳材料对三种代表物质的吸附能力为:正庚烷>苯>1,2-二氯乙烷。几种碳材料对F22的吸附能力很差。  相似文献

考察了2种铜锰混合型催化剂低温催化燃烧各种VOCs的反应活性,以及这2种催化剂的抗湿性能和受空速的影响.结果表明,2种催化剂都能在低于260℃完全催化燃烧VOCs;1号催化剂的催化活性和抗湿性能更优.通过BET,XRD.XPS,SEM等表征发现,2种催化剂呈现无定形状态,表面孔分布特别丰富,2种催化剂都有大的比表面积,这些因素就促使2种催化剂对VOCs有高的低温活性.通过XPS分析,Cu2p3/2显示Cu元素主要是 2价,Mn2p3/2显示Mn元素主要是 4价.  相似文献

通过正交试验初步确定催化剂的制备工艺,结合单因素实验对催化剂的组成进行了深入考察。在H2O/CH3OH摩尔比为1.3、液空速为1.5 h-1、反应温度为220℃和250℃的条件下,考察了铬助剂对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,Cu/Cr质量比为1∶1时催化效果最佳,出口气体中CO的含量降低了50%,甲醇的转化率提高了20%。  相似文献

密闭空间CO2脱除是环境控制和生命保障系统的重要任务,研究适用于密闭空间高活性可再生CO2清除剂至关重要。本文利用热重分析系统对钾基负载型吸收剂K2CO3/AC(AC为活性炭)进行实验。在20℃,1%CO2和2%H2O基准工况下,对比吸收剂和载体AC的反应特性,探索K2CO3/AC常温下脱除密闭空间CO2反应机理,并探究温度、CO2浓度和H2O浓度等反应条件对脱碳特性影响。结果表明:载体AC对H2O和CO2脱除机制为物理吸附作用;K2CO3/AC主要依靠活性组分K2CO3与二者的化学反应,在H2O气氛中通过水合反应迅速转化为K2CO3·1.5H2O,在CO2/H2O气氛中通过碳酸化反应生成KHCO3,表现出优越的反应活性。K2CO3/AC的碳酸化反应性能随着温度升高而减弱,随着CO2浓度和H2O浓度增加而增强。该研究结果确定了K2CO3/AC常温下脱除低浓度CO2反应机理,为常温下密闭空间CO2脱除技术提供了理论基础。  相似文献

纳米金催化剂对CO低温氧化具有很高的催化活性,而且抗水性、稳定性都优于其他催化剂,具有广阔的应用前景。但在实验研究中发现,金催化剂的活性随制备方法、预处理条件、载体、金颗粒大小等的不同会出现较大差异。造成这种差异的原因,从根本上说是由于人们对这种新型催化剂的活性位数目、性质还不能实现有效控制。本文在简要回顾多种因素影响金催化剂活性的实验事实的基础上,综述了对活性本质的最新研究成果,以期为高活性、高稳定性的金催化剂的制备提供理论参考。  相似文献

催化作用与燃烧*技术的结合已有很长的历史,本文通过阿曼、杰诺以及巴士拉三种原油产生油气进行实验。油气与空气混合后进入到催化燃烧装置,在贵金属催化剂的作用下无焰催化燃烧反应,生成CO2和H2O,并测量最后油气出口浓度。实验结果表明,催化燃烧法处理油气效率95%以上,出口浓度为25mg/m3以下,符合国家挥发性有机物排放标准。  相似文献

采用XRD、SEM及TEM对催化剂进行表征,催化剂的活性组分是以纳米尺寸高度分散在载体表面上,催化剂具有较大的比表面积(211m2/g)和孔容(0.137mL/g)。在固定床反应器上考查氢气浓度、湿度、空速对催化剂活性的影响以及考核催化剂抗氨气、硫化氢中毒性能和使用寿命,结果表明催化剂具有很高的催化活性、较宽的使用边界条件、较好的抗湿性能、较强的抗中毒性能和超长的使用寿命,已基本能够满足空间内的使用要求。  相似文献

本文研究了阴离子双柱串联水处理系统中,CO2浓度、SO4^2-分率、进水流速等因素对弱碱树脂工作交换容量的影响,以及弱碱交换柱位置对除碳器和强碱交换柱工作性能的影响。实验证明:CO2浓度、SO4^2-分率提高,有利于弱碱树脂工作交换容量的发挥;流速增大,则不利于树脂交换容量提高;在弱碱交换柱之后设置除碳器,不增加强碱交换柱的负担,还会由于水中CO2浓度提高,促进弱碱树脂工作交换容量发挥;但对除碳器提出相对较高的要求.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
