The characteristics of steering perception are decisive factors for overall driver preference and for vehicle safety. Car manufacturers are continuously required to tune the characteristics of the vehicle and have a strong need to be more effective in the design and evaluation of cars. Using only objective metrics (OM) can result in unwanted steering feel and using only subjective assessments (SA) is time-consuming, costly and non-repetitive. Before a tool can be built to predict the steering feel in front-end development and to improve design knowledge from the full vehicle level to the component level, links between subjective assessments and objective metrics must be found and analysed. The data collected for the study presented in this paper include subjective ratings from expert drivers and objective measurements made with steering robots, involving twelve expert drivers and over twenty vehicles across four different vehicle classes. Linear regression and neural network analysis (NN) have been used to explore reliable subjective-objective links. The tools and methods used in this research showed promising results. Most of the links found concern response and torque feedback. The preferred ranges of some crucial objective metrics leading to more desirable steering feel have been defined and presented. The results indicate that it would be possible for car manufacturers to develop new vehicles more effectively with a steering feel in line with the design criteria by using the tools and methods investigated in this paper.  相似文献

The shift comfort and efficiency of Automatic Transmission in vehicle are highly influenced by the pressure of the clutch shift control system, especially by the electro-hydraulic clutch subsystem. In this paper, the new design principles of electro-hydraulic clutch systems developed and modeled in detail, the clutch-to-clutch control system is analyzed in three time intervals: oil filled phase, changing phase of clutch torque and synchronous phase of clutch speed. The demand pressures for the engaged clutches calculated in each phase and is precisely built up by using fuzzy slide mode control, the time of hydraulic pressure building-up is very sensitive to the dither current in simulation. All control parameters are optimized by Cosimulation between software Simulink and SimulationX. Finally, the optimal algorithm of the clutch shift control is written into the transmission control unit of a testing vehicle. The testing results show that the suggested control strategy is effective.  相似文献

A novel vehicle headlamp low beam system is presented. The optical system is composed of three identical cells to ensure enough illumination. A poly-ellipsoid reflector and a aspherical lens are used to concentrate the rays and a baffle is employed to produce the cut-off line. The optical performance shows a good agreement with the requirement for headlamp in Chinese national standard. The smart constant current driver sustains automotive headlamps?requirements, moreover it has high power efficiency. The performance of three kinds of cooling systems with different structures are simulated and evaluated by FloTHERM software. Then a loop heat pipes combined with fins cooling system is manufactured for cooling the designed LED headlamp. It can greatly improve the cooling efficiency. Even in the 80°C environmental temperature, it can meet the working requirements of LED headlamp low beam system, so it is a kind of feasible cooling scheme.  相似文献

Research purposes: The elasticity for the ballastless track structure is mainly provided by the fastening system. During the construction and maintenance of ballastless track on high-speed railway, the incorrect installation and the unreasonable transition between the old and new rail-pads may occur to the fasteners, which will cause a stiffness mutation for the fasteners. Even though this problem can hardly be found under the static condition, it can have a great effect on the stability and safety for the high-speed vehicle operation. Here different conditions for the fastener stiffness mutation are considered, according to the actually measured data. And the influence of fastener stiffness mutation on the dynamic performance of high-speed vehicle and track is calculated and analyzed by using the vertically coupled vehicle-ballastless track-subgrade vibration spatial model and the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Research conclusions: The calculation and analysis results show that: (1) When there is a local mutation for the stiffness of fasteners, the maximum and minimum of vehicle acceleration basically keep the same. That is to say, the fastener stiffness mutation has few influence on the stability of vehicle operation. (2) The fastener stiffness mutation has much obvious effect on the wheel load reduction rate, which is related to the safety of vehicle operation. Further, when the train speed is larger than 300 km/h, the fastener stiffness mutation will directly cause the wheel load reduction rate to exceed the standard. (3) This research results can be used to provide a theoretical basis for monitoring the fastener stiffness in construction or repairing and establishing the strict control standards in high-speed railway.  相似文献

This paper studies the contributing factors of maritime piracy by analyzing previous incidents that have been reported to the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Part of the analysis is to filter those ship types that are particularly vulnerable to piracy attacks. The paper also introduces the guidelines developed by the IMO and the industry envisaging to minimize the risk to ships that are exposed to attacks from pirates. It further describes the initiatives taken to develop a sustainable mechanism in the high-risk area (HRA)1 to suppress piracy and other maritime crimes. This study reflects the fact that maritime security and piracy issues’ importance has been increasingly recognized in the 40 year history of Maritime Policy & Management.  相似文献

This review interprets recent studies of the interactions between the competition of gateway seaports and the accessibility of landside transportation links to inland regions. Port competition is treated as part of a rivalry between two transportation chains. This article identifies the main modeling approaches and defines the different types of hinterland access systems described in the literature. A general theoretical framework is then proposed to incorporate those key components. The importance of the proposed framework is revealed by comparing and extending results from the literature. Major assumptions that need further empirical verification are identified and discussed, and related empirical studies are reviewed. Finally, avenues for further research are discussed.  相似文献

对于在软弱、破碎、富水地层中采用双侧壁导坑法修筑的暗挖大跨隧道,跳仓法施工依赖于初期支护的“棚护效应”维持拆撑后大跨结构的稳定性,常常面临拆撑步距小、风险高、效率低、代价大的困境,一旦拆撑方案采取不当,极易造成塌方安全事故。针对这一问题,以青岛地铁4号线错埠岭站为依托工程,通过理论分析与数值计算相结合的手段,论证了拆撑后初期支护“空间棚护效应”主要由“横向成拱效应”和“纵向成梁效应”组成,二者共同维持大跨结构的安全性与稳定性;同时确定了合理、安全、高效、快速的拆撑分区长度与隔仓分区长度,分别为L=9 m、S=18 m,并顺利通过了现场施工的检验。结果表明:软弱地层大跨隧道采用“隔二拆一、先内部后洞口”的拆撑方案是切实可行的,可为后续工程提供借鉴与指导。  相似文献

[目的]为了实现电液位置伺服系统的精确控制,提出一种反馈-前馈变增益迭代学习法。[方法]首先建立电液位置伺服系统的简化模型,然后对迭代学习控制算法进行改进,采用带遗忘因子的变增益学习律,最后开展Matlab仿真对比验证。[结果]仿真结果表明:相较于传统的迭代学习和传统PID控制,改进后的迭代学习算法具有更好的收敛性和更小的跟踪误差,可以使电液位置伺服系统快速精确地跟踪位置曲线,从而提高系统动态特性。[结论]研究成果可为电液位置伺服系统的控制性能优化及实际工程应用提供参考。  相似文献

[Objective]This paper aims to establish a dynamic model of a floating raft vibration isolation system with a liquid tank in order to study the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate on acoustic performance. [Methods]A floating raft system with a cuboidal or cylindrical liquid tank is taken as the research object, and a fluid-structure coupling finite element dynamic model is established. The dynamic force transmission rate and power flow are then used to evaluate the acoustic performance of the system. The influence of the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate of tank volume on the acoustic performance of the floating raft system are analyzed.[Results]The results show similar laws obtained through the calculation and analysis of the floating raft system with two types of tanks. The structural stiffness of the tank affects the mass effect of the liquid medium in the tank to a certain extent. [Conclusions]If full advantage is to be taken of the liquid mass effect in the tank with a large loading rate to improve the acoustic performance of the floating raft system, the design of the liquid tank and raft structure must have sufficient stiffness. In addition, under the condition that the floating raft structure has sufficient stiffness, its acoustic performance will improve significantly as the tank loading rate increases in the relevant low frequency range. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. The steering torque of an electric-power steering (EPS) motor is interrelated with the performance of the EPS control system, therefore calculating an exact steering torque is critical in this application. This study presents a dynamic correction method that greatly decreases the calculated error in the steering torque; the PID controller demonstrated here is therefore suitable for the demands of this system. Based on an analysis of the detection process of the steering torque sensor, we first deduced that the variation of the system resistance torque equals the difference between the measured value of the steering torque and the ideal one in the previous cycle. Based on this result, we then proposed a dynamic correction method. Finally, a comparison of the simulated and experimental results for several vehicles evidenced the effectiveness of this dynamic correction method.  相似文献
