城轨通信网的可靠性设计

城轨通信网对可靠性的要求越来越高,通过对系统的网络各层次的可靠性分析,提出解决城轨通信网可靠性设计的方法。     

信号安全数据网的可靠性研究

针对CTCS-3级列控系统中的信号安全数据网,对基层环网、子网间、网管系统等各组成部分分别做了可靠性分析,并着重从组网结构、光传输特性、交换机软硬件性能、过载处理、链路聚合、VRRP冗余、网管服务及环境适应性等方面,以系统的高度提出了综合可靠性指标。     

基于模糊神经网络的既有钢筋混凝土桥梁构件可靠性评估

介绍了模糊神经网络的基本理论知识,根据其知识体系和既有桥梁可靠性的研究特点,结合相关文献的规定和研究成果,引入与所检测的截面裂缝宽度、应变值和应变值相关的评估参数Z,利用既有钢筋混凝土桥梁养护等级标准给出了构件技术状况等级与可靠指标的对应关系,然后根据模糊神经网络的理论优势,对输入变量(实测数据:裂缝宽度,应变值和应变值)进行训练,计算出构件在不同荷载作用下的可靠指标,其可用于既有桥梁结构构件可靠性评估中。并结合一实桥拆除构件的试验结果,得到了一些有益的结论,验证了本方法应用于既有钢筋混凝土桥梁构件可靠性评估的可行性。     

Time-variant bulk carrier reliability analysis in pure bending intact and damage conditions

Time-variant reliability analysis of a corroded bulk carrier in intact and damage conditions is performed by First-Order (FORM), Second-Order (SORM) Reliability Methods and Importance Sampling simulation. Annual failure probabilities are determined up to 25-year ship lifetime, accounting for time-variant corrosion wastage of structural members contributing to hull girder strength. Statistical properties of hull girder capacity are determined by Monte Carlo simulation, applying three correlation models among corrosion wastages of structural members contributing to hull girder strength, namely no correlation, full correlation and full correlation among wastages of structural members belonging to the same category of compartments. A modified incremental-iterative method is applied, to account for instantaneous neutral axis rotation, in case of asymmetrical damage conditions, as for collision and grounding events. Incidence of intact/damage condition, as well as correlation among corrosion wastages, on annual sagging/hogging time-variant failure probability is investigated and discussed. Time-variant sensitivity analyses for intact and damage conditions are also performed, to investigate the incidence of random variables' uncertainties on the attained failure probability. Finally, the bulk carrier section scheme, benchmarked in the last ISSC Report, is applied as test case.     

基于时间约束的铁路空车调配系统可靠性分析

为弥补现有铁路空车调配系统缺乏空车调配可靠性研究的缺陷,在传统空车调配优化模型的基础上,本文提出了一种新的基于时间约束的空车调配可靠性分析方法。通过深入分析铁路空车调配过程,建立效益最大化目标函数,生成约束条件,以规定时间内的实际到达空车数与需求空车数之比计算出各需求站的空车调配可靠性,再利用各需求站可靠性均值求解空车调配系统的可靠性。最后,使用LINGO软件进行算例分析,论证了该方法的可行性和有效性。     

The value of service reliability

This paper studies the impact of service frequency and reliability on the choice of departure time and the travel cost of transit users. When the user has (α, β, γ) scheduling preferences, we show that the optimal head start decreases with service reliability, as expected. It does not necessarily decrease with service frequency, however. We derive the value of service headway (VoSH) and the value of service reliability (VoSR), which measure the marginal effect on the expected travel cost of a change in the mean and in the standard deviation of headways, respectively. The VoSH and the VoSR complete the value of time and the value of reliability for the economic appraisal of public transit projects by capturing the specific link between headways, waiting times, and congestion. An empirical illustration is provided, which considers two mass transit lines located in the Paris area.     

摩托车车架可靠性的计算机分析

车架强度是车架设计中需要考虑的首要问题,它关系到摩托车整车的行驶安全性.通过分析得出:1)摩托车车架弯曲方管处有必要采取加强措施,一是弯曲处本身,二是方管根部应力过渡区;2)弯曲方管与转向柱支撑柱若换用新材料钢种,要提高强度级别;3)应提高结构件连接处的焊接质量,对焊接产生的焊缝采取强化手段.     

复杂载荷下曲轴疲劳强度的可靠性

针对目前发动机曲轴疲劳可靠性设计方法法中存在的不足，通过对曲轴疲劳试验程序载荷谱及Ｐ－σ－Ｎ曲线的研究，提出出用程序载荷谱测定了Ｐ－σ－Ｎ曲线，并应用疲劳损伤等交理论对承受复杂载荷的贡轴进行可靠性设计的新方法。     

曲轴单拐弯曲疲劳的可靠度分析

本文运用三维有限元法，从零件可靠性设计这个角度分析了曲轴单拐的弯曲疲劳强度。     

奥迪100轿车后螺旋弹簧的可靠性设计

本文介绍了奥迪１００桥车后螺旋弹簧的可靠性设计方法。在基本随机变量的概率特性已知的情况下，使用二阶矩技术对弹簧的可靠性进行设计，所编制的计算机程序可以迅速准确地得到弹簧的可靠性设计参数。
