应用地高辛配基(Dig-11-dUTP)标记人乳头瘤病毒16型(HPV-16)E7转化基因作探针,分别检测了宫颈癌活检组织、宫颈炎及正常宫颈脱落细胞DNA。其检出率为:宫颈癌中42.1%(24/57)、宫颈炎中2.5%(1/39)、正常宫颈中5.5%(1/18)。宫颈组织中HPV-16E7转化基因的检出率较高,提示该转化基因与宫颈癌的发生可能密切相关。本研究也证实DIG配基标记的E7基因探针具有特异、敏感、安全、稳定和能反复使用的优点,适合基层使用。 相似文献

长期服用氟化钠水溶液后,对大白鼠进行免疫功能测试,结果证明用88.5mg/L氟化钠水溶液服用315d时,大白鼠的体液免疫反应(以血清凝集素和PFC为指标)及细胞免疫反应(以E—玫瑰花结形成和ANAE为指标)均有抑制作用,尤其是对食用低营养食物的大白鼠,抑制作用更为显著。 相似文献

In the two-step vitamin C fermentation process, its precursor 2-keto-L-gulonic acid was synthesized from L-sorbose by mixed culture of Gluconobacter oxydans and Bacillus megaterium. The interaction between Gluconobacter oxydans and Bacillus megaterium remains unclear and it is a challenge to mathematically model the mixed growth of these two strains. The Monod-type equations were previously proposed to describe the coupled growth of Gluconobacter oxydans and Bacillus megaterium. However, in this study, we modeled the interaction of these two strains in a macroscopic view by introducing the population theory. Taking account of the fact that the density or concentration of Gluconobacter oxydans or Bacillus megaterium was hardly to measure accurately in the mixed culture broth, the data of concentrations of the substrate and product were used to indirectly investigate the relation between these two strains. Three batch experiments were used to validate our model. And according to the values of identified parameters, the type of interaction between Gluconobacter oxydans and Bacillus megaterium was concluded to be predation, where Gluconobacter oxydans was predator, and Bacillus megaterium was prey. 相似文献

Improvement of oil/water selectivity by stearic acid modified expanded perlite for oil spill cleanup
Ecological disasters and economic losses resulting from oil spills have reminded us the necessity for finding an environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and available in large-scale materials to minimize the oil spill effects. The development of high oil/water selectivity mineral sorbent for the removal of oil from the water is of great interest for oil spill cleanup. In this work, highly oil/water selectivity sorbent of expanded perlite modified with stearic acid was prepared by solution-immersion processes, and the characterization of sorbent was analyzed by Fourier transformation infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy technique. The optimized amount of loaded stearic acid (SA) on the expanded perlite surface was found to be 2.0%. Then the sorption characteristics of unmodified expanded perlite (UMEP) and stearic acid modified expanded perlite (SMEP) were tested. The effects of different particles size, oil/water volume ratio and sorption simulated condition were investigated. It was found that expanded perlite modified with stearic acid could adsorb selectively oil from water in oil/water system. The maximum oil/water sorption ratio of SMEP was 46, which was about 191 times that of UMEP (0.24) in studied experimental range. The FT-IR analysis demonstrated the presence of long-chain alkyl group in the SMEP samples, which played an important role in oil/water selectivity of SMEP samples. The equilibrium were tested with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models, and oil sorption process of SMEP showed good correlation with the Langmuir isotherm model. 相似文献
