试论标准化管理与铁路运输安全的关联度

从近几年铁路部门发生行车事故原因剖析的视角出发，阐述标准化管理工作与铁路运输安全相互间密不可分的关系，并就标准化管理工作如何紧贴铁道部“高标准、讲科学、不懈怠”要求和保障铁路运输安全，提出具体的对策和措施。     

关于既有线C2等级转换点设置的探讨

为充分发挥快速铁路效益,满足区域城市交通运输需求,既有线提速开行动车组工程项目将日益增多,等级转换点的设置问题也将在设计中成为一个必须研究的课题。结合既有集包增建二线实施CTCS-2级列控系统工程,针对既有线的实际情况对C0/C2等级转换点的设置问题进行探讨,提出等级转换点的设置应在满足线路运输组织方式、尽量提高铁路线路运输能力的前提下必须考虑列车运行速度及制动距离等因素的结论。     

基于STM32的蓄电池内阻测量系统设计

文章设计了一款以STM32微处理器为核心的蓄电池内阻测量系统,采用交流阻抗法对电池内阻进行测量。针对测量信号微弱,易淹没于噪声的特点,应用相关检测技术以检出有用信息。调试和对比实验数据表明,该系统可实现对蓄电池内阻的在线、快速、精准测量。     

Investigation of ship waves in a narrow channel

This paper presents a discussion of the characteristics of ship waves in a narrow channel restricted by vertical walls, based on observed data and the results computed by a 2-D model. In the numerical model, the propagation of waves generated by a moving ship is simulated by solving 2-D depth-integrated Boussinesq equations. To get the boundary conditions at the location of the ship, the slender-ship approximation is employed. A field observation was carried out at a straight length of navigation channel. The ships targeted in the observations are two kinds of waterbuses with lengths of 28 and 24 m. The relative depth Froude number for the river current, an appropriate parameter for assessing the influence of the current on ship wave characteristics in a navigation channel, ranged from 0.47 to 0.76. The observed maximum wave height varied between 0.13 and 1.26 m. The maximum wave height of the wave train is sharply increased when the relative depth Froude number exceeds 0.6. The results computed by the present model agree fairly well with the observed data.     

某站场地基强夯振动影响范围研究

针对某站场地基采用6000kN·m夯击能强夯加固海漫滩填海区工程，现场测试了地表振动速度，在此基础上，分析研究了振动在水平方向的衰减规律、主振频率等，分析了拟建场地边立交桥在不同夯击能下的安全距离．结果表明：地表最大振动速度的衰减规律满足乘幂关系；强夯产生的振动的主振频率均处于10Hz以下；以地表振动速度作为判别标准，测得该场地在6000kN·m夯击能下对立交桥的安全距离为30m．     

浅谈长距离泵送混凝土的改善工艺

文章结合工程实例，分析了施工过程中因长距离泵送混凝土而使桥梁桩基在水下混凝土灌注时出现断桩的主要影响因素，并就改善长距离泵送混凝土工艺，防止水下混凝土灌注出现断桩的措施进行了探讨。     

基于CarSim自适应巡航控制建模与仿真

文章首先利用模糊法则建立能够反映驾驶员反应时间的隶属度函数,并根据制动过程理论建立安全距离模型,通过安全距离模型建立期望加速度模型。然后分别建立加速和制动模型,在此基础上制定控制模式转换策略,基于PID算法设计巡航控制器。最后在Matlab/Simulink和CarSim联合仿真环境中验证所设计的控制系统的有效性。     

Perturbation/correlation based optimal internal combustion engine tuning

This paper addresses the application of the perturbation/correlation method to optimizing the torque output of internal combustion engines. This application was inspired by observations of the limitations in current techniques of the automotive performance tuning industry. Performance issues such as errors from true optimum spark timing and fuel injector pulse width values as well as convergence were considered for optimal tuning. The ability of the system to deal with engine cycle-to-cycle variations and their effect on input parameters is also analyzed.     

交通噪声环境影响及互动式规划环评的应对

交通噪声投诉已居各大城市居民投诉之首,但交通噪声污染治理仍处于"先污染后治理"的模式。合理的交通规划和城市土地使用规划是解决城市交通噪声污染问题的治本之道。然而目前城市规划的各个层次对交通噪声预防考虑不足。该文提出了与规划过程互动的规划环评程序和方法,以期得到噪声污染影响最小的城市规划用地布局方案和交通规划方案。     

地铁车站近接正交下穿既有地铁隧道的变形分析

北京地铁五号线崇文门车站正交下穿既有地铁二号线崇文门站东端喇叭口式过渡段区间,两者之间的净距仅为1.98m.该地铁车站施工采用全断面注浆条件下的柱洞法.文章以此工程背景为研究对象,采用3D-σ三维数值分析软件,建立地铁车站-已有地铁隧道的三维有限元模型,计算分析隧道动态施工时地层以及既有地铁隧道沉降变形发展规律,对比分...
