In view of weak defect signals and large acoustic emission(AE) data in low speed bearing condition monitoring, we propose a bearing fault diagnosis technique based on a combination of empirical mode decomposition(EMD), clear iterative interval threshold(CIIT) and the kernel-based fuzzy c-means(KFCM) eigenvalue extraction. In this technique, we use EMD-CIIT and EMD to complete the noise removal and to extract the intrinsic mode functions(IMFs). Then we select the first three IMFs and calculate their histogram entropies as the main fault features. These features are used for bearing fault classification using KFCM technique. The result shows that the combined EMD-CIIT and KFCM algorithm can accurately identify various bearing faults based on AE signals acquired from a low speed bearing test rig.  相似文献

A new time-frequency analysis method is proposed in this study using a multi-rate signal decomposition technique for the analysis of non-stationary signals. The method uses a multi-rate filter bank for an improved non-stationary signal decomposition treatment, and uses the Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) analysis for signal reconstruction. The method presented in this study can effectively resolves the time and frequency resolution issue for non-stationary signal analysis and the cross-term issue typically encountered in time-frequency analysis. The feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method are evaluated and verified in a numerical simulation.  相似文献

A new fault diagnosis technique for rolling element bearing using multi-scale Lempel-Ziv complexity (LZC) and Mahalanobis distance (MD) criterion is proposed in this study. A multi-scale coarse-graining process is used to extract fault features for various bearing fault conditions to overcome the limitation of the single stage coarse-graining process in the LZC algorithm. This is followed by the application of MD criterion to calculate the accuracy rate of LZC at different scales, and the best scale corresponding to the maximum accuracy rate is identified for fault pattern recognition. A comparison analysis with Euclidean distance (ED) criterion is also presented to verify the superiority of the proposed method. The result confirms that the fault diagnosis technique using a multi-scale LZC and MD criterion is more effective in distinguishing various fault conditions of rolling element bearings.  相似文献

由于混凝土收缩徐变的影响因素众多,且具有高度复杂性,为研究收缩徐变对拼宽桥梁的影响,以珠江路上的某小箱梁拼宽桥为研究背景,建立了空间梁格有限元模型。并从不同拼接方式、不同拼接时机来模拟收缩徐变对新老桥的受力影响。结果表明:收缩徐变作用下,靠近拼接处的新旧梁所受的内力最大,往两边依次减小,且随着搁置时间的延长,收缩徐变效应在减弱,可为类似扩宽桥梁对于拼接方式及时机的选择从受力角度提供借鉴。  相似文献
