Study on the Formation of η Phase During TIG Welding 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The paper studied the effect of Ni-Fe-C filler materials on the η phase formation during TIG welding of WC-30Co and 45 steel, η phase‘s morphology and forming condition were discussed using I3EI method. The properties of the weld joints were also measured using microhardness measurement and four-point bending measurement. The results show that the weld joints of WC-30Co/45 steel can be obtained by TIG welding using different Ni-Fe-C materials as filler materials, and η phase formed in the joints is M6C, M12C type carbides. The poor carbon content of the W-Co-C system resulted from the C diffusion and the high ingredient Fe are the two vital factors inducing to η phase formation. It can be restricted by the addition of C element into Ni-Fe material. When carbon content is 0. 01% in filler material, bend strength σbb of weld joint is 908 MPa. However, when carbon content increases to 0.41% in filler material, bend strength σbb is 1 260 MPa. 相似文献

罐体是罐式车的主要组成部件,因其生产工艺的需要,罐体翻转成形成为必不可少的工序.目前罐体翻转应用得很广泛的设备主要是端部翻转机、链条翻转机、滚轮翻转机3类,而这几种翻转设备在实际应用中均有缺陷,主要体现在费工费时、占用空间大,存在安全隐患,以及外观缺陷和适应范围不广等方面.然而,罐式车在专用车行业中占据了举足轻重的地位,能否研制出一种适用性及可靠性更佳的新型罐体翻转设备,成为专用车行业亟待解决的难题.2011年5月,河北宏泰专用汽车有限公司研发部结合异形截面罐体的特性,针对上述翻转设备的缺陷而研制出一种适用于异形截面罐体翻转的设备,并投入罐式车生产线试用,其效果显著,现各罐车生产线已全部改用该设备. 相似文献
