地铁牵引控制单元TCU故障诊断建模与应用

绘制并分析了地铁牵引控制单元TCU的故障机理图，根据分析结果建立了TCU系统以多重复合函数为基础的故障诊断数学模型。根据该模型建立了故障诊断专家系统。运用模糊数学知识对故障诊断过程进行优化，提高了诊断效率。     

Numerical implementation of meshless method for electromagnetic field governing equations

For electromagnetic governing equations formulated by magnetic vector potential and electric scalar potential, its detailed numerical implementation is achieved by using meshless method and Galerkin approach. And essential boundary and interface condition of electromagnetic field are imposed by means of Lagrange multiplier method. Furthermore, the influences of interpolation point number at essential boundary and interface on computational results are also discussed. Examples are given to validate the effects of meshless method and Lagrange multiplier approach for electromagnetic field.     

Symmetry based searching process for initial conditions of passive running

Symmetrical passive running of a simple spring model is commonly used to predict the locomotion of real animals and develop the design strategies for legged systems. If the initial conditions for running can be found automatically, we can expand the ranges of the model parameters freely. To achieve this objective, we derive an efficient searching procedure based on analysis of the symmetries. Using this process, the desired initial states of the passive running are obtained. Existence of the results reveals that the leg symmetries can be used to generate the symmetrical running. Moreover, the leg forces are associated with the running pattern, implying that we should choose suitable motion for the given model characteristics.     

优化制造技术提高DF11型机车活塞的运行可靠性

根据活塞失效模式的分析,对活塞材料、结构、加工制造技术等进行了研究,提高了DF11机车活塞运行可靠性。运行实践表明,现役DF11机车活塞能满足安全寿命的要求。
