燃料电池氢喷射器控制技术研究

为满足燃料电池功率需求,实现氢气侧压力平滑控制,提出了一种氢喷射器控制方案。通过周期性控制喷嘴数和peak-hold时间占空比,并采用了调节量屏蔽方法,以提高压力输出调节能力。建立实验系统,写入软件进行控制实验,表明了该方法的可行性。     

基于同方差的递增时间序列自回归预测的改善方法

提出了"利用反双曲正弦函数变换提高数据列光滑程度"的新结论,获得了递增时间序列改善的自回归预测新方法。     

光爆层厚度对光面爆破效果影响的数值分析

采用动力有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,在周边眼间距E为500 mm时,对不同光爆层厚度W下泥质灰岩中爆炸应力波的传播规律进行数值模拟研究,得到不同光爆层厚度下岩石单元应力、节点振动速度的衰减规律以及与光爆层厚度的关系,分析光爆层厚度对光面爆破效果的影响.研究表明:当W≤400 mm时,巷道围岩受到的扰动强烈,在围岩远区容易产生裂隙,在近区出现超挖现象;当W=700 mm时,因应力波在相邻炮孔间不能有效迭加而无法形成贯通裂缝,由此导致光爆效果不佳而出现欠挖现象.根据本文的研究结果,在巷道爆破掘进中,当周边眼间距为500 mm时,光爆层厚度宜取W=500～600 mm,而炮眼密集度系数为0.8～1.0较合适.     

软弱夹层对隧道光面爆破效果影响机理研究

以一实际隧道为工程依托,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟方法,针对含软弱夹层围岩隧道光面爆破成型效果问题开展研究。根据软弱夹层与隧道光爆层的相对位置关系,对软弱夹层的空间分布形态特征进行归类和概化处理,提出一种适用于分析软弱夹层影响下光爆层爆破成型效果的概化模型;开展软弱夹层对隧道爆破成型效果影响的多工况数值计算,分别从爆炸应力波的传播及爆生气体的楔入2个方面探讨软弱夹层对隧道爆破成型效果的影响机理,推演得到不同软弱夹层赋存状态下隧道爆破成型轮廓分布图式;结合工程实际施工情况,提出软弱夹层条件下隧道超欠挖爆破控制措施并进行爆破试验验证。结果表明,推演的软弱夹层条件下爆破成型与实际吻合较好;爆破参数调整后,隧道爆破成型效果理想。     

从光面(预裂)爆破的应用谈爆破技术的进步与发展

研究目的:通过回顾光面(预裂)爆破的研究与应用历程,说明爆破技术的进步为社会和经济发展带来了巨大的效益,充分体现了科学技术是第一生产力,从而指出对爆破质量与安全的高标准要求和不懈的追求是爆破技术进步与发展的动力。研究结论:我们要用正确的理论来指导爆破技术创新,及时引进相关先进设备和技术进步来支持爆破技术的发展,通过制定标准规范以促进先进技术推广应用,并在实践中检验和不断升华。论文还对光面(预裂)爆破技术的发展提出了建议。     

Effects of rosiglitazone on rabbit atherosclerosis

We sought to validate magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for documenting the effects of rosiglitazone on rabbit atherosclerosis and the possible mechanism by treatment on the lesions.24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, control group and treatment group.After 4 weeks, all rabbits underwent MRI.After examination, the number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) and level of lipid, glucose, nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide anion(O-2·) were measured.MRI demonstrated the regression of atherosclerotic lesions by rosiglitazone which has good correlation with histopathology.Treatment not only increased the level of EPCs and NO, but also raised the ability of inhibition of O2-·.MRI is a promising noninvasive technology to detect the effects of therapeutic interventions.Rosiglitazone slows the progression of atherosclerosis that may in part attribute to its improvement of mobilization of EPCs and the reduced oxidative stress.     

Study on T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in patients with Graves＇ disease combined with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate changes in T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in patients with simple Graves' disease (GD)and Graves' disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus (GD/T2DM). Methods Fifteen cases of GD/ T2DM were selected from our hospital from November 2001 to November 2004. Before and after therapy thyroid function, thyroglobulin antibody (TGA), thyroid microsomal antibody (TMA) and blood glucose level were measured, and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8) and NK cells (CD56) were measured by immunofluorescence double labeling monoclonal antibody and flow cytometry, respectively. At the same time, comparison was made with simple GD (15 cases), T2DM (15 cases) and healthy control (20 cases). Results Before therapy, CD4/CD8, CD4 and NK cells in GD/T2DM were less than normal, and there was no significant difference in comparison with simple GD (P<0.05). In T2DM group, only CD4/CD8 and CD4 were less than those of healthy controls (P<0.05). When thyroid function recovered after 1 to 3 months of methimazole treatment in both GD/T2DM and simple GD groups, various indexes recovered, which were more obvious in simple GD. Conclusion Immune hypofunction of GD may be the key to the immune abnormality of GD/T2DM, which is more significant than that of simple GD or T2DM. The recovery of thyroid function and immune abnormality is not consistent, and the recovery of GD is more significant than that of GD/T2DM.     

推土机电操纵换档过渡过程的油压分析与试验

在PD220Y型推土机电操纵换档的基础上，对换档结合过渡过程的油压进行测试和分析。主要通过对离合器换档结合过程的理论研究，以及平稳结合阀工作原理的分析结果，对液压系统主要部件的参数进行调整，以提高换档过程的平顺性。最后通过台架试验，对各主要点和换挡过渡压力进行重新测试，检验调整结果。     

形成零件组和建立成组生产单元的“生产流程—分类编码”聚类分析法

本文提出了一种利用模糊聚类分析法形成零件组和建立机床组的新方法,实现了生产流程分析法与编码分类法的综合.对于成组加工单元,本文把设备负荷与零件相似系数一起作为形成成组加工单元的主要因素,获得了合理的零件组和机床组,并具有良好的柔性和计算性.
