供需链环境下提高企业订单执行效率分析

在企业的生产、管理过程中,如何提高订单执行力的研究仍是一个空白。此文针对当前制造业生产环境存在的主要问题,即生产面临复杂的环境、市场变化的不确定性导致激烈的市场竞争、订单执行过程的协调性较差,进行分析与探讨,提出提高企业订单执行力的方法和可采取的4个方面的措施,从而建立起一套在供需链管理模式下的高效订单执行力体系,使企业快速拓展市场,实现增值和稳步发展。     

Multi-criteria optimization of traffic signals: Mobility,safety, and environment

Two-dimensional multi-objective optimizations have been used for decades for the problems in traffic engineering although only few times so far in the optimization of signal timings. While the other engineering and science disciplines have utilized visualization of 3-dimensional Pareto fronts in the optimization studies, we have not seen many of those concepts applied to traffic signal optimization problems. To bridge the gap in the existing knowledge this study presents a methodology where 3-dimensional Pareto Fronts of signal timings, which are expressed through mobility, (surrogate) safety, and environmental factors, are optimized by use of an evolutionary algorithm. The study uses a segment of 5 signalized intersections in West Valley City, Utah, to test signal timings which provide a balance between mobility, safety and environment. In addition, a set of previous developed signal timing scenarios, including some of the Connected Vehicle technologies such as GLOSA, were conducted to evaluate the quality of the 3-dimensional Pareto front solutions. The results show success of 3-dimensinal Pareto fronts moving towards optimality. The resulting signal timing plans do not show large differences between themselves but all improve on the signal timings from the field, significantly. The commonly used optimization of standard single-objective functions shows robust solutions. The new set of Connected Vehicle technologies also shows promising benefits, especially in the area of reducing inter-vehicular friction. The resulting timing plans from two optimization sets (constrained and unconstrained) show that environmental and safe signal timings coincide but somewhat contradict mobility. Further research is needed to apply similar concepts on a variety of networks and traffic conditions before generalizing findings.     

Technical and environmental effects of biodiesel use in local public transport

Biodiesel use in local public transport could be especially significant in improving air quality in cities. The purpose of the experiments described in this paper was to evaluate the various (10, 20 and 50%) blends of biodiesel with diesel in the context of the engine and pollution aspects. As regards the experimental use of these findings on municipal buses, these experiments were the first reference in Hungary. The ages (15–20 years) and types of buses (Ikarus-280, Ikarus-260) used in the experiments are still common vehicles in Hungarian public transport. During our measurements, there was a significant difference between the change in fuel consumption of articulated and solo buses in traffic when compared to test bench measurements. The proportion of the engine performance reduction is nearly the same as that for biodiesel share in the blends. Most pollutants were decreasing (both at idle and full rpm), but this reduction is not directly proportional to the increase of the blending percentage. However, as for CO₂, emission increase was observed in the case of idle rpm in comparison to normal diesel operation, even though this phenomenon was not due to biodiesel use, but the catalytic converter and the fact that biodiesel was used for the first time in the engine concerned.     

基于物联网的省级交通运输环境监测系统设计——以贵州省为例

从实际项目的需求出发,对基于物联网的省级交通运输环境监测系统进行了架构设计。使用软件工程的分析和设计理念,介绍了贵州省交通运输环境监测系统的需求分析,系统设计过程。为实现贵州省交通运输环境监测网络建设试点工程提供一定的技术支撑。目标是建设一个运行高效的和适应当前交通运输行业发展特点的环境监测系统。     

自升式钻井平台倒K型桩腿结构优化设计

综合考虑了风浪流等环境载荷及环境载荷作用角度的影响,运用有限元软件对自升式钻井平台倒K型桩腿结构尺寸进行了优化,并基于优化结果论述了倒K型桩腿结构尺寸及其力学性能随位移约束的变化规律。研究结果表明:不同位移约束下,倒K型桩腿弦杆、横撑杆、斜撑杆及内撑杆的体积比例分别保持在77%、9%、13%及1%左右;而在相同的位移约束下,最大应力会随着作用角度的变化围绕平均应力上下波动,且波动率约为±0.0775%。     

就地水泥冷再生施工技术在路面大中修养护中的应用

结合国道202线吉林省磐石段路面维修工程,对冷再生施工工艺及其性能指标进行了探讨,为就地冷再生技术在吉林省的推广应用提供参考经验。工程实践证明,旧路面就地冷再生技术具有成本低、工期短、节约材料、不损坏路基、消除污染保护环境、交通安全等特点,对于节约自然资源、保护生态环境具有极大的意义。
