高职院校校园文化建设初探

校园文化是学校在长期的教育实践中所凝聚起来的一种学校精神、价值观和师生员工所认同的道德规范、行为方式。由于我国高等职业教育起步较晚，校园文化建设尚存在很多亟待解决的突出问题。在加强高职院校的校园文化建设过程中，应重视校园精神文化的整体性建设；充分调动教职员工及学生在校园文化建设中的积极性；健全现代学校制度，促进校园制度文化的建设；注重学生社团建设，充分发挥社团的德育功效，丰富校园行为文化。
