基于灰色理论的高等级公路养护质量综合评价模型研究

从高等级公路养护管理的实际需要出发,对路面、路基、桥梁、涵洞、沿线设施、绿化等6个公路子系统的评价指标进行筛选,构建了高等级公路养护质量评价指标体系。采用灰色系统理论,建立了相关评价模型,并以江苏省内的27条高等级公路典型路段的调查数据以及专家评分为基础,综合采用回归分析与层次分析法对模型的相关参数进行了标定。将研究成果应用于高等级公路养护质量评价的实际工作,表明该评价方法具有很好的适用性。

Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Highway Maintenance Quality Based on Gray Theory

According to the requirements of high-level road maintenance and management,the evaluation indices of the 6 subsystems of high-level road were chosen,which consist of pavement,sub-grade,bridge,culvert,traffic service facility and green landscape.An evaluation index architecture for high-level road maintenance quality was presented.With the application of gray theory,the evaluation models of subsystems and general high-level road system were set up and the parameters of the models were calibrated based on the field survey data from the typical sections of 27 high-level roads in Jiangsu Province and on the experts＇ scores by using regression analysis and AHP（analytic hierarchy process）.The application of the evaluation models to the high-level road maintenance quality evaluation shows that the models have a better feasibility.
