海人酸致痫大鼠血浆及海马结构内生长抑素含量变化与癫痫发作的关系

在海人酸（KA）诱导的复杂部分性癫痫大鼠中，应用放免法测定了血浆和海马结构内生长抑素（SS）在癫痫发作过程中的变化。结果发现：海马结构内SS含量在注入KA0．5h后，较对照组下降5．05％；1h下降到最低点为22．63％；3h虽有所回升，仍下降20.72％，与对照组比较P＜0.05，呈显著性差异，24h减少了19.61％。血浆内SS含量变化相对较小，注入KA0．5h，血浆内SS含量上升了6．5％，此后呈下降趋势，但与对照组比较无显著性差异。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOMATOSTATIN AND SEIZURES IN THE KAINIC ACID-INDUCED COMPLEX PARTIAL SEIZURE RATS

In the study we investigated therelationship between somatostatin (SS) and seizuresin the kainic acid-induced complex partial rats.Using RIA,SS on the hippocampal formation andplasma was measured during the seizures. The resultsshowed the 5. 09% decrease of SS content on thehippocampal formation 0. 5h after KA injection .and22. 63% and 20. 72% reduction 1h and 3h in KAtreatment respectively with significant difference,compared to the controls24h after KA injection SS content wasreduced 19. 61 % than the controls. Compared to thehippocampal formation,the changes of SS content onthe plasma was swall. SS content of the plasma wasincreased 6. 58 % 0. 5h after KA injection and therewas the tendence of decrease afterwards. Betweenthe KA treatment and the control groupsrespectively there was no statistical significant difference.
