| 摘 要： | 焊接工艺质量是电子计算机,尤其是军用计算机可靠性的关键。文章对影响焊接工艺质量的各个环节,如焊接机理、焊接要素、焊料、助焊剂、阻焊剂、焊接设备、焊接方法等都进行了分析,从中提出控制质量的措施和办法。这是实际工作经验总结,对提高军工生产质量很有参考价值。
