摘    要:()冲压成形形状精度的主要因素,通过10CrNi3MoV船用钢()考察了10CrNi3MoV船用钢热冲压成形的传热特征,推导出的热()本方程,提出热冲压成形模具冷却系统设计相关技术问题.研究表明,当()临界冷却速度,才能使奥氏体直接转变为均匀马氏体;在模具结构、冷却系统、()确定的情况下,冷却速度只与板材自身条件有关,可以通过控制最佳水流速度实现()速度的控制,达到减少和消除热冲压成形中变形和回弹等缺陷,提高热冲压成形质量.

Abstract:Large amount of springback and distortion is one of the major problems involved in the forming of super-high strength panels. Pass the 10CrNi3MoV marine steel sheets hot stamping forming marine condenser head experiment,investigation hot stamping forming of transmit heat a characteristic, deduce to the basic equation of transmit heat mathematics model of hot stamping forming,and put forward hot stamping forming the design related technique problem of the mould cooling system.Research enunciation,;when cooling rate to attain or exceed critical cooling rate,then can make austenitic direct change become martensite.The cooling rate relate to the steel sheets oneself condition,and can pass a control best current rate realization rightness best cooling rate of control under the circumstance that mould structure, cooling system, cooling medium etc. factor assurance,and dispel distortion and springback etc. exaltation quality in the hot forming.
