Re-positioning and Countermeasures of Wenzhou Taxi Industry

Through the analysis of the operating data of Wenzhou city taxi industry in recent years, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the Wenzhou city taxi industry; then, this paper analyzes the need to re-position theWenzhou taxi industry and its market prospect; the findings indicate that the taxi industry of Wenzhou city should be used as a supplement to the public transport system by providing highquality door to door services. Finally, this paper proposes a few guidelines and polices for the Wenzhou taxi industry such as price adjustments, management improvement and the new organization pattern of countermeasures.
