水稳沥青路面冷再生基层材料路用性能研究

摘    要:水泥稳定冷再生基层材料的路用性能对路面结构有着重要影响,对原路面和基层回收材料进行分析,用掺入不同水泥和新骨料的冷再生基层材料,对处于不同面及基层厚度比的材料进行路用性能试验。通过无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量以及抗冻性的实验研究,并结合路面弯沉值进行分析,研究结果表明水泥稳定就地冷再生基层材料具有良好的路用性能。

Abstract:The basic requirement of design code is strict, road periormance of cold regeneration of the cement stable material is important for pavement structure. The performance of recycled old pavement materials and base materials was analyzed. The study on the performance of recycled old pavement material with different doses of cement, base thickness ratio, different new aggregate quantity and different ages was made. Unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength and compressive resilience modulus and frost resistance and pavement deflection were tested. The results show that cement stabilized cold recycled base material has good road performance.
