| 摘 要： | 从客滚船单船入手，综合考虑影响船舶航行安全的内部因素和航行的自然环境因素，运用模糊数学的综合评判方法，对客滚船出航的安全程度进行预判，为港口监督人员、公司管理人员和客滚船驾驶人员提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors effecting departure safety, both from ships and natural environment, the single Ro pax vessel's safety level of departure is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. This study may be a reference for harbor superintendent, company manager and Ro pax vessel navigators. |
