救生钟对接密封能力研究

摘    要:对接密封性能可靠是救生钟安全使用的关键环节之一.该文对救生钟在水下对接过程中和对接后的密封性能进行了全面分析,分析了密封失效的可能形式,得到了在各种密封失效形式下,针对不同海流、对接深度、对接角度等多种影响参数综合作用下的救生钟密封性能.文中的研究内容主要包括:(1)救生钟的对口法兰与救生平台刚刚结合后,下室还没有建立内外压差前,研究下室排水建立内外压差且能够确保密封圈密封所必须具备的条件,即密封圈对对口绞车的拉力要求、推进器要求;(2)救生钟与救生平台成功对接后,即下室已经建立了内外压差,对口绞车钢缆已经松驰条件下救生钟的密封性能.文中还根据计算分析结果对救生钟对接操作提出了参考技术指标.

Abstract:For rescue bell,its sealing ability is one of the most important performances.In this paper,the sealing ability for rescue bell is analyzed under the whole mating process.Different sealing failure models are analyzed for different mating phases.The parameters of current,mating depth and mating gradient are taken into consider for each sealing failure model.The main contents of this paper focus on:(1)The sealing requirements between the lower chamber of rescue bell and the mating surface of disable submarine under the condition that the water drain out from the lower chamber of rescue bell to the disable submarine.These sealing requirements include the drag force of mating rope and propellers operation.(2)The sealing ability under the conditions that mating is success;the atmospheric pressure of lower chamber is formed and the mating rope is relaxation.According to the calculating results,some operation requirements are advised.
