| 摘 要： | 氟化钙输出镜是氟化氘激光器上的重要光学元件,本文针对氟化氘激光器出光过程中氟化钙输出镜出现炸裂的现象,用多种检测方法进行试验研究,分析了氟化钙输出镜炸裂的影响因素。

| Abstract: | The CaF2 output coupler mirror is the very important element in the DF laser. The paper is based on the circumstances that CaF2 output mirror bursts when the DF laser outputs laser beam. It analyses the burst causation of CaF2 output coupler mirror with several test methods. |
